Took a two day break from a long trip. Well worth it.

Loved the resort. Plan to come back for a family reunion. Lots to do for all ages.

One week stay wonderful

Very easy transaction with the host very responsive and happy to help. The room was extremely clean and as the photos look. We had our adult daughter stay for a couple of nights on the sofa bed which worked well. Be aware the bathroom is in the bedroom like an ensuite, so if you have guests on the sofa bed they need to come into the bedroom. We would stay again without hesitation.

A very comfortable stay for myself and 2 children. Wifi wasn’t active when we first arrived but it was sorted very quickly once we notified them. However wifi strength was poor, didn’t affect us too much until a rainy day and the kids wanted their iPads and Netflix but signal wasn’t strong enough for all. Property was well managed and very quiet, a very relaxing stay and Holiday Management Co were very friendly and responsive.

A lovely apartment . Just as it is in the pictures . A fully equipped lovely clean kitchen with all utensils you require. Lovely spacious bathroom. A fair walk from the underground carpark - not a problem for us at all but to bear in mind for A less able person. A lovely quiet apartment . There is a house being built immediately outside of the garden but luckily on the Monday morning we were there the builders were extremely quiet . Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Extremely disappointed with how dirty the room was when we arrived. We travelled with our 1 year old who has just started walking so had to sweep the floors when we arrived so he wouldn't pick up the dirt on the floor and put in his mouth. We opened the cutlery drawer to find so much dirt knives and forks so had to wash.. the shower was full of mould. Our baby fell ill and was sick all over the bed and there was no spare sheets to sleep on - when we rang the management company told us there was nothing they could do. The hotel reception couldn't help us either as the property wasn't managed by them. For a 3 night stay we expected this would be something that should be provided. When handing back the keys, when asked to speak to the property manager, she told the receptionist to just email her. I did this and received no apology or acknowledgment of receiving the email. Really disappointing. We would definitely stay at the resort again but wouldn't ever book through 'Holiday Management Co' again. The standard and service was very average. The resort itself was beautiful and facilities are amazing. Book direct through Mantra!
