Set in beautiful Bermagui, this upstairs apartment is a relaxing home-away-from-home.
Located on the top level, it includes three bedrooms, double shower and bathtub with separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, and open plan dining and lounge room with games and stocked bookshelf.
Relax on your private, North-facing, upstairs balcony equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining and outdoor lounge.
A shared fire pit with seating is available outside.
The space
The upstairs apartment is accessed through the front door and up a flight of stairs.
We've renovated the home with solar passive design principles, meaning that sunshine will flow through the house during winter. There are plenty of warm spots to curl up, and a hammock on the deck to laze in. In summer, open the windows to capture the north-east breeze or simply turn on the fan for easy cooling.
The house is powered by solar and a battery, meaning you can feel good about all the energy used during the day. It's also all-electric, except for the outside BBQ.

Kitchen
The modern kitchen has an induction cooktop for fast cooking, together with pans, oven and bakeware. There is a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and hand-blender.
Guest access
You'll have private access to the upstairs apartment and expansive deck, with your own entry. There is a key safe for self check-in, although we're often around and will say hello if we see you!
Other things to note
We live downstairs and share the parking area, as well as the front fire-pit. We are friendly, and enjoy a chat, but don't worry–your space is your own during your stay.
We do live in a suburban area, so you may see or hear kids after school hours and on weekends.
