The apartment enjoys a unique sequestered position, with the endless Pacific Ocean and palm fronds as frontage. This treelined walk-up annexe is private and easily accessible, with only one flight of stairs — and 30 seconds — between you and sandy toes. 

With an all-encompassing disposition of simplicity, your senses are spoilt with splashes of intentional art layered with mid-century minimalism throughout. The main room is a shrewd medley of living, eating, and cooking with enough space for there to be discernible separation and flow from one to the other: Relax in front of a large wall-mounted smart TV — be warned, this is a distracting vantage point with glimmers of the ocean vying for your attention. Sip your morning coffee over the day’s first light on the balcony. Turn evenings into deep conversations over food at the dining table. And prepare, cook, and serve as much or as little as you like in the generous mosaic-tiled kitchen with an island bench top — a superb spot to share nibbles and wine whilst reminiscing about your day.

The main bedroom is to the rear, with a King size bed and wraparound balcony shared with the second bedroom. There is air-conditioning here, and a sizeable open walk-by wardrobe leads into an ensuite with elegant sink fittings and a corner glass enclosure-style shower.

A convenient built-in wardrobe and twin bed configuration with warm, soft wall lighting define the second bedroom. Perfect for children and adults alike, this room guarantees a good night’s sleep amid a soundtrack of waves lapping the beach.

An added shower cum laundry room with a washer and dryer, coupled with a separate toilet, only highlights the liveability factor of this dwelling. 

You’ll enjoy access to the Rocks Resort features such as a swimming pool, spa, and fully equipped gym — seamless for those whose training doesn’t stop when they’re on holiday. Although plentiful beachside parking is always available, there’s the added convenience of one secure underground parking spot.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Just a short drive or flat walk to Tugun village’s thriving shopping and dining precinct, while popular attractions include Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Balter Brewery and a choice of iconic surf breaks.
