Need to fit in a little exercise? Watch TV along with your friends on the Peloton bike and fit in a workout that will be needed after sampling the local brews at the Royal Oak Brewery just a 10-minute walk away. Stock up on supplies at the nearby Holiday Market or if you don’t feel like cooking walk Downtown and try one of the many top restaurants and bars with cuisine to tempt even the fussiest of eaters. So if you are looking for the perfect, centrally located place to call home while in the area for work, study, or a getaway, look no further than this modern, contemporary home for your next visit to beautiful Royal Oak. THE AREA:

OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 4 overnight guests (up to 6 total with fee/host’s approval. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people overnight the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

PARKING:
There is free gated parking in the driveway.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge.
