Great Space

Hubs and i stayed for a work outing, loft feels massive but still elegant and cozy. Very neat and great location. Would stay again for sure.

BEST STAY I’VE HAD!!!

First let me say the pictures are great but this place is so much better in person. The Decor was excellent and it was very spacious. Everything was taste full and the communication between me and the owner was very easy. CANT WAIT TO BOOK AGAIN!!

Spacious loft

The unit itself is huge! Really unique property with a massive rooftop area, walking distance to downtown for food and entertainment, and yet still quiet and out of the way. Would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome Loft in RO

The lift was great and perfect for our visit. Downtown Royal Oak is within walking distance. The outdoor area is great for a glass of wine in the evening. Hassan made the check-in process very easy and was very responsive.

Perfect Grand Prix Home Base

Came into town with a group of friends for the Indy GP, location was near great bars + restaurants and an easy drive downtown. Very clean and spacious, would recommend to anyone!

Great property!

The property was perfect for our small wedding. Everyone loved it and the pictures came out beautifully. The only issue was that while out on the balcony, the home owner from the house across the street came out screaming vulgarity at us for legally parking in front of her house.

Trendy & great location!

We hosted a friend celebration here, and had a great time! Everyone really enjoyed the space. It was a pretty cool & trendy place to stay, and the rooftop deck was a hit with everyone as well. Super close to a lot of stuff as well. Hassan was an awesome host! Very communicative, and worked with us so we could host here. Definitely would try to book again in the future.

Beautiful Loft

I celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday 🎂 The loft was well set up and perfect for a small gather of 20 people. All our guests were amazed by the loft. Definitely would encourage for small gathering 😇

Love the space. We couldn’t utilize the deck due to rain. Ask about extra fees like parking before booking because it’s not included in your price.

Great Property Overall

As a host myself, I must say that Hassan really has a great property on his hands! It is the perfect location, size, and setup for anyone looking to host a small gathering or even take a quick getaway. The property is about 20 minutes from Downtown Detroit and it’s in a very nice part of Royal Oak. Hassan’s response time was great, his instructions were very clear, and the property was well kept. 10/10 and a definite no brainer!

The event loft

Lovely experience and place the amount of stairs did provide a slight challenge to a friend with a brace on .. the parking situation isn't the most of but now that I know how it works I better understand it. Just know an event upcharge is possible if you have 7 or more cars on site... Overall had a great time .. the parking was the only downer

Overall satisfied

This was a really nice property. Very clean and stocked with what was needed. The outside doesn’t do the property any justice however, the inside is just as expected. Beautiful property. I will say that I didn’t like the expectation that we had to take the trash out after we paid a cleaning fee (meaning the cleaners wouldn’t have much to do). Also, didn’t like the fact that everything seemed to have an extra undisclosed until disclosed fee. Overall though, the property was nice and the owner was pleasant. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

The perfect gathering place

This space is the perfect place to cook, gather with friends, or even have a small party. The location is stellar and the rooftop deck is a perfect addition. It’s a hidden gem right on royal oak. We loved it

Teen birthday gathering

This loft layout was ideal for my daughter celebrating her 17th birthday. Nice open floor plan and enough seating for her 11 guests. Didn’t get to use the deck because of the rain.

Such a beautiful property!

I loved this place so much and I just wish it was mine! Beautiful interior and deck space! The industrial kitchen was very handy. Hassan was easy time communicate with as well. I will definitely book here again! This is one of those rare places that are worth more than the price!
