The Space:
This strikingly beautiful 1BR apartment has all the features and functionalities you need for a great stay!
The living area has ample space to enjoy a movie night or midday daydream with its spacious black sofa that is convertible into a murphy queen-sized bed that can sleep 2. A dark wooden coffee table, carpet, vintage style chandelier wall and cabinet console with spacious shelving units completes this relaxing space.
With an open kitchen, cooking, eating, and lounging becomes a continuous energetic flow. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to make a quick meal or a grand one. Feast together and serve the fresh cooked meals to your loved ones in this perfect dining area as it comes with a rectangular glass dining table accompanied with 6, sleek-black upholstered dining chairs.
On the other side is the bedroom and a nice king-sized bed will welcome you. It comes with a comfortable mattress fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows for complete relaxation during your stay. A built-in wardrobe cabinet, vintage-style side lamps, a chandelier and a bright white furnished console cabinet are the furniture and fixtures you'll see in the space.

The Neighborhood:
Al Furjan is a vibrant neighbourhood that celebrates the true spirit of community. Al Furjan is a 560 hectare residential development located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, close to Discovery Gardens and Ibn Battuta Mall. Al Furjan is Arabic for a ‘collection of homes’ or ‘small village’ and this place is designed to create a friendly, community environment among residents, with houses built in small clusters connected by a series of walkways and parks.
The community is made up of a shared network of pathways and amenities. Furjan will benefit from linked cycle routes running through Discovery Gardens, Garden View Villas and Al Furjan, resulting in a 40 km cycle track for the communities.
Getting Around:
Al Furjan is situated alongside the D591 that serves Discovery Gardens, and the E77 Jebel Ali Road, both of which connect to Sheik Zayed Road, the principal spinal highway running the length of Dubai.
Notwithstanding traffic jams as you attempt to access these roads, the journey to Dubai Marina is 20 minutes, Dubai International Airport 40 minutes, the Mall of the Emirates 25 minutes and Downtown Dubai around 30 minutes.
The nearest mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, is less than 15 minutes drive and has its own metro station.
Amenities include a Spinneys supermarket, a children's swimming pool, a convenience store, a leisure club, a mosque, a restaurant, a swimming pool, car parking, cycle routes, food and beverage outlets, shops and sports facilities.
Whilst Dubai Taxi, Uber and Careem are readily available, it would be best to have your own car to easily explore Dubai. Jebel Ali Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club and Ibn Battuta Mall are all a short drive away, along with the Free Zone and Port.
