The Space:
Experience the comforts of a revamped four-bedroom, two-bathroom sanctuary offering ample space for up to eight guests.
Indulge in the coziness of two queen-size beds in the primary and secondary bedrooms, while the third bedroom boasts a plush double and the fourth features a twin bunk bed, ideal for younger guests. With snug linens and ample storage, relaxation awaits in every corner.
An ensuite bathroom connected to the primary bedroom provides added convenience, while the second bathroom serves all guests with its spacious walk-in shower and essentials.
Unwind in the lounge, thoughtfully positioned away from the kitchen and dining area, where plush couches invite you to recline or partake in family movie nights on the sizable TV.
Embrace the charm of the open-plan kitchen and dining space, featuring elegant hardwood flooring and all necessary appliances for culinary adventures at home. Discover the expansive backyard and pool area through grand double doors adjacent to the dining area, beckoning for outdoor enjoyment.
Guest Access:
You have private access with using an electronic door code. Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

The Neighborhood:
Grandeur Victorian is located in Quarry Hill and is only 1.5 km away from Bendigo's Centre. You can easily reach local places like Mad Mexicana or Ewing Park on foot. Before heading to the CBD, stop by Quarry Hill Cafe & Larder for breakfast.
Spend a beautiful day strolling along High Street or Pall Mall, where you'll find plenty of shops and cafes to explore. You can also stop by El Gordo on Chancery Lane for a quick bite and coffee or visit Ghosty's Diner for delicious diner-style food in a cozy atmosphere.
Take a stroll through Rosalind Park, where you can admire the beautiful landscaping. Remember to step inside their Conservatory and Fernery to appreciate the exotic plants. While heading down, stop by the Golden Dragon Museum and explore their gardens and monuments.

Bus Route 65 is accessible at the Hallam St & Carpenter St stop located 400m away.

**Security Deposits**
We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.
**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
