You can enjoy beach excursions, shelling, fishing, waterfront dock & dining, swim or just enjoy cruising in the plentiful waterways of SW Florida, including the Gulfs turquoise waters. Pack a lunch and find a spot to enjoy a beach picnic! Tour the islands on North Captiva, Cabbage Key and Cayo Casta or dock & dine at one of the surrounding waterfront restaurants.

An eating bar with bar stools separates the kitchen and dining area; table seats up to 6 with a great view of the lake and pool.

Split floorplan features master suite and guest rooms on opposite ends of the home.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.

Retreat-like master suite with King bed, massage chair, flat-screen TV, fire place, walk-in closet, and French doors providing lovely water views and private access to the pool and lanai. The ensuite master bathroom has dual vanities, soaking tub, heated bidet and walk-in shower with dual shower heads.

1st guestroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

2nd guestroom also has a Queen bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower that doubles as a pool bath. French doors provide a beautiful water view and easy access to the lanai.

The fully screened lanai gives you a sweeping view of the wide canal that runs behind the home. The outdoor kitchen will have you practically living poolside as you grill meals on the built-in grill. A wine cooler and mini fridge keep beverages close at hand as you swim in the private, heated pool with stunning infinity edge. An in-water sun ledge is great for sunbathing or giving the kiddies a spot for supervised play. There’s a pub height dining table, ample sun lounges and seating areas throughout the lanai, as well as an outdoor fire table to be enjoyed in the cooler evenings.

A putting green, corn hole game, fishing poles and shelling/beach gear are provided for your enjoyment.

At the dock you can try fishing or sit and relax as you watch for wildlife that play in our waterfront backyard! The southern exposure means full days of sun, and views of morning sunrises and evening sunsets.

This home is in the middle of the best of SW Florida! The village of Matlacha is 15 minutes by car and is home to waterfront restaurants, bars, fishing, watersport rentals, art galleries & unique shops. Cape Coral is an ideal location for SW Florida visitors, the SE corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife & dining area; there are numerous seasonal parks, including a family friendly waterpark and the Yacht Club Beach Park; grocery stores, shopping plazas and dining are plentiful throughout the Cape.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. The pool heater runs November-April and the thermostat is set to 84-86 as prescribed by the owner. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures. Therefore a static temperature of 84-86 degrees is not guaranteed during the winter months.

No pets allowed

The fire table is gas propane and is self service to include propane refills if needed during guest stay.

Owner has exterior cameras for insurance and security purposes and to help protect their boats and property. The cameras are not be covered, turned off or moved.

Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors in the home and alarm system.
