La cage de la piscine a un panneau avant sans cadre pour assurer une vue dégagée sur la magnifique vue sur le lac. Cette belle piscine de 2300 pieds carrés et spa, animaux de compagnie acceptés, la maison veillera à ce que vos vacances seront celle que vous n'oublierez pas. dans le magnifique sud-ouest de Cape Coral sur un grand lac avec une vue imprenable et un bel aménagement paysager sur un terrain surdimensionné offrant beaucoup d'intimité. Cette maison dispose d'une chambre principale king avec matelas, une télévision 50 pouces et un accès direct à la piscine lanai. La chambre queen dispose d'une salle de bains privée avec une télévision de 50 pouces. Troisième chambre avec lits jumeaux, TV 60 pouces et salle de bain.

La maison est nouvellement meublée dans un style moderne et contemporain avec une grande cuisine ouverte et des curseurs menant à la piscine qui ouvre toute la maison à un concept de grande pièce. Avec des lignes de vision ouvertes pour être engagé avec toute votre famille et vos amis. Grande maison pour se divertir. Pour votre divertissement, la maison comprend une table de baby-foot, une télévision familiale de 65 pouces et un téléviseur de 65 pouces dans le salon où vous pourrez vous détendre sur le fauteuil inclinable sans stress d'Ekorness.

Le nouveau climatiseur à haute efficacité et le nouveau chauffe-piscine à haute efficacité ajoutent confort et économie. La véranda a également un coffre à jouets de piscine avec beaucoup de jouets pour profiter du chaud soleil de la Floride dans une piscine rafraîchissante. Si vous souhaitez explorer le quartier, trois vélos sont fournis dans le garage. Vous trouverez également des chaises de plage et une glacière pour vos excursions sur les plages de sable blanc. Choses à noter, 25 $. 00 allocation hebdomadaire d'électricité puis 14 cents le kilowatt après, cela ne représente jamais beaucoup, car tous les systèmes sont très efficaces. Perfect!

This home was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Perfect for my husband and I for the week. The furnishings and decor were lovely, and the dishes and cookware were high end. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds extremely comfortable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.

We had a wonderful time at Sondra and Bob’s Villla. Their place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect so we spent the week outside in the pool area. Sondra was so nice to tell us about places around the area even before we arrived. I would definitely stay at the Villa again.Thank you Sondra and Bob

Very clean property. Well stocked (paper towels, etc) which is very nice compared to about 10 other VRBO properties we have stayed at. Host also was very easy to reach with any questions. Excellent property.

Fabulous House!

Beautiful home with wonderful views. It’s located in a very quiet, friendly residential neighborhood, close to restaurants and beaches.The house was better than in the pictures. Very clean with modern appliances in the kitchen. It includes everything and more that you’ll need for a relaxing vacation. Kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers, games etc.Sondra gave us a bunch of great tips about hidden gems around Cape Coral. Cannot ask for a better host.

Perfect spot!

This was our second year at the villa. Much like last year everything was perfect! Every thing we could possibly need was already at the house. Our family can spend all day here and not get bored! Kayaks, Bikes, Hot tub, pool, and grill make for a great day of just enjoying the property. Great location with plenty to do in Cape Coral. Also, Sondra is the best host!!!

Beautiful Property

This property is gorgeous. We decided to spend a few days over Christmas on the west coast and this place did not disappoint. The house is large and very well furnished and stocked. The view across the lake is amazing. We found ourselves sitting on the patio by the pool and just looking out across the lake. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place to relax

The property was everything we could have wished for. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house is perfect. We played lots of games outside next to the pool. The house was equipped great with all the amenities that we needed. We loved the informational booklet on the area and enjoyed some good meals at the restaurants that had been highlighted. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s during our travels and we all agreed that this one was the BEST we’ve ever stayed in. Thanks for all the good communication and for a relaxing and fun FL vacay.

Our stay at Villa Lake View

Wonderful property, well stocked with almost anything you can think of or need, from kitchenware, to bikes, to kayaks to golf clubs. Arguably the most comprehensive list of items I've ever had at any property. The house was spacious, very clean, and quiet; having the lake as a backdrop, a plus. Sondra was wonderful; booking was very easy and she constantly kept us up to date on the situations with Milton. My wife is in a wheelchair and the property is very accessible. Sondra even put in threshold ramps for us to make the transitions in and out of the house even easier. Finally, as we worked more with Sondra, it felt more like staying at a friends house. We were there for my 60th birthday and she even had a cake, Happt Birthday balloon, and bottle of wine waiting for us to help us celebrate! We will definitely be back. Ron & Michele

Stayed at several properties in Cape Coral. If you want simplicity, privacy, all amenities one could ask for this is the property for you. Fishing awesome right in your backyard as well..

Cape Coral Villa

We stayed here end of August for my son's birthday. The house was large, airy, bright and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you could need. The jet tub in the master was a big hit. Plenty of towels were provided. The beds were comfortable. The pool and lanai were very relaxing. There were TVs in every room. Extras like a bottle of wine, snacks and flowers that were left for us were a great touch. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk in. The owners were informative and accommodating. They were very easy to communicate with. This house is a winner and a must stay.

When your wife and kids walk in and are instantly all smiles...NAILED IT! This place is phenomenal and Sondra was great at communicating throughout the entire process. Private pool overlooking a nice lake, hot tub, comfy beds, amenities galore, SUPER HOST... You can't go wrong with this one guys!

This place has it all! Not only were we able to stay in this amazingly beautiful home, we were in the heart of Cape Coral! Only minutes from different stores,10-15 minutes from the beach, and delivery from all over! This place has a beautiful hot tub, gorgeous pool, and perfect dovk to fish from! Our family couldn't have asked for a better stay, and more beautiful place to call home for the week! RUN DON'T WALK!

Best experience with a VRBO rental yet!

Would recommend this property to anyone. The owners were communicative throughout the whole process. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked. This really minimized what we had to bring down or buy for the trip. Beautiful views and convenient location to Fort Myers and the beach. Will definitely rent from them again.

Perfect Vacation

We loved this house. Communication is amazing from booking to check out. Sondra made everything so easy for us and gave us great recommendations of things to do during our stay. We went to Lelulos and Lobster Lady and really enjoyed the food. Our family also enjoyed Sanibel Island. Overall a 5 star vacation! Thank you Sondra and Bob!

Our stay was simply amazing..the house is fully equipped with absolutely anything and everything you need to enjoy your get away..the owners are more then kind, they are helpful, they are intuitive, they respond quickly and make sure any and every need you have is met. Even better than the gorgeous pictures!

From the initial booking and contact by the owners, to walking into this amazing home for the first time, to your eventual departure, you will be in a 5-star stay! Such a beautiful property with everything you could think of to make your stay complete, they provide. As beautiful as the pictures are, they cannot truly capture the magnificence and tranquility of this property. Drive-able to many great beaches and attractions, but nice enough to never even need to leave the property to have a great escape! We hated to leave, but look forward to coming back!

What a view

Our family had an amazing time at this lovely villa from May 3 thru May 13. The owners/managers have put so much thought, effort and consideration into the needs and wants of vacationers. From the medicines, sunscreens, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, cooking items, spices, grilling supplies, household needs, laundry supplies, outdoor supplies, towels, pillows, blankets down to the kids/pets needs, just endless amount of necessities are provided. The incredible view from the pool deck never got old, the landscaping was gorgeous. The cleanliness and attention to every detail was by far the best VRBO house we've ever stayed at. What a great house!

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was so nicely decorated, so clean, and so well stocked with staples you would need, it was like being at home but better. I say “better” because it was a beautiful house in a great location, with a great pool and great hot tub. Our host, Sondra, was very communicative - she gave us information on the house and local things to do even before we arrived, check-in was a breeze, and she contacted us during our stay to make sure we were settled in and everything was okay. I would highly recommend!!

We love coming to Cape Coral. We came to Cape Coral in 2010, for winter vacation and rented a vacation home and continued to do so for years. In 2015 we bought Villa Lake View. We love the big lake view and the privacy of the over size lot, and we think you will too. Summers are very fun with the pool and spa, and covered lanai to hang out with friends and family. We have been happy to hear, of all the great times our guest are having. We know you will too! .

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property because it is in the popular Southwest section of Cape Coral where it is close to shopping, great restaurants and downtown activities. But most of all because of the big, beautiful lake view and the wide open interior space of the home that seamlessly flows to the pool lanai.

When we opened the door and saw the glass walls, with the big lake view and the open and relaxing feel of this home. We knew it was the one! Quiet neighborhood, warm and relaxing pool area. Very private lushly landscaped yard.
