Welcome to Villa Lake Mohave, a spacious Florida style home set in a beautiful neighborhood and featuring a stunning lake view.

Kick your feet up, relax and unwind in this turnkey home with a cozy atmosphere.

Enjoy your relaxing Florida vacation in this beautiful, spacious villa on Lake Mohave. Newly renovated and beautifully furnished, it offers plenty of space and high comfort. The open living area with appointed dining room provides wonderful views of the pool and canal. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has direct access to the pool area. Three additional bedrooms offer the perfect accommodations for any occasion. Featuring 2 bedrooms with queen beds as well as a bunk room which includes 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. The three bathrooms each have a shower and bathtub. The living area and 3 bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. High-speed internet and cable TV. The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils leaves nothing to be desired.

Enjoy your breakfast or a festive barbecue on the spacious pool terrace. After an outing or a successful shopping tour, a dip in the refreshing pool provides the ultimate relaxation. You'll appreciate the quiet, well maintained neighborhood with convenient access to supermarkets and restaurants. The idyllic, small beach of Cape Coral is just over 10 minutes away and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Naples and Sanibel / Captiva can be reached in about 30 to 60 minutes.

In regards to cleaning, our cleaning service is using EPA approved sanitizers and following CDC Covid cleaning procedures.

Fabulous

We can’t say enough great things about this property. The outdoor area with heated spa and pool, plenty of lounging and eating space, and the great pool toys, were a favorite of all. It was neat, clean, and beautifully cared for upon check in. Communication with the host was first rate. We loved the location and all the extra touches. We hope to return!

Grandma and Grandpa’s Family Treat

Clean, spacious property that was perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children). Our 10th trip to Cape Coral and getting VRBO property. The house was very clean, well organized, and decorated nicely. The only glitch we had was the baby items (portable crib, high chair) were stored in the garage and were filthy. Luckily my husband and I arrived early and were able to clean everything before the littles arrived. We usually stay on the west side, and this side was okay.

Cape Coral home

Loved the quiet neighborhood, the spacious , well furnished home but I think the hot of the trip was the heated pool and hot tub. We mostly just relaxed and enjoyed getting away. We did explore the area a little but the main focus was relaxing. We loved the art fair and the local restaurants. Quick response to any questions and the information in the house was useful!Thank you and hope to visit again!

ESCAPING THE COLD

the house fit all of our needs to a tee. This is the first place that said heated spa and pool that actually was. This was a trip saver, with the weather not cooperating we were able to still use both. neighbors thought we were nuts. easy access to everything. definitely would come back.

This house was a fantastic landing spot for our whole family. They had all the right things on hand - including a few toys! We loved the pool and outdoor furniture. The drive to Sanibel & Captiva were just the right amount of time for our youngest to sneak in a nap!

Clean & Comfortable

Spacious, comfortable and clean home. The hosts were very responsive to any issues. Close to everything. Really enjoyed lanai and pool, we saw iguanas every day! Never could get the hot tub to heat up, which was a bummer. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The pool and view from it is amazing. Lots of iguanas and other wildlife which we enjoyed seeing. The host was great with communication and accommodation - quick to respond and fix any issues we had. There was also everything we could have needed in the house. We had a great time!

Short Getaway

The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated! The price was very competitive for the Cape Coral area! An added surprise was the wildlife surrounding the canal and vacant lot next door. Loved the convenience of the pool and beautiful outdoor living space! Would love to come back to this home! They were thoughtful on offering special amenities and toys to make the stay perfect for travelers!

Beautiful family home

This house was amazing! We stayed for my daughters birthday and they had an absolute blast in the pool. Very spacious, specially for a big group. The rooms are equipped with everything! And the master is an absolute dream. We definitely recommend it to a family looking to relax and getaway.

Cape Coral Visit

Another great visit to Cape Coral. Property had everything we needed. View of Lake Mohave was amazing. We had a few issues pop up but communication with owner was excellent and were resolved. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing trip to Cape Coral.
