The house is just as the pictures show. It is spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. We saw a dolphin and turtle in the canal, and iguanas hung out on the docks. It was a great vacation, thank you for sharing this home!!

Cape Coral

This is a lovely, well maintained, and well-equipped home. The canal view is beautiful within a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our week of quiet and spent much time in the pool.We were delighted to see some burrowing owls around the neighborhood and an iguana we nicknamed "Senor" who sunned on the dock and seawall in the afternoons.

Home Away From Home

We were pleased that the home we rented was what we saw from the pictures. It felt like a home away from home. It was fully furnished with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Great property - highly recommended

The house is a bit older, but very well maintained. The overall layout is super, the kitchen well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We especially appreciated the large, covered outdoor area. The pool and spa functioned very well.Overall, we had a great stay! Highly recommend this place which offers great «value for money».

A little piece of paradise

We spent a wonderful week in this home, which was clean and appeared just as decribed. The best part was the pool and hot tub, which easily heated up with a button. The pool was warm and inviting. We apprecited how every switch was labled and the detialed guest guide. I especially appreciated the recliners, as if you have them at home, you miss them when traveling. We didn't want to leave and speant more time then planned just relaxing by the pool. We figured out in the last days that that sliding doors in the living room open all the way up and the weather was perfect to do so. The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. The area is very residential. There were stores and restaurants near by. There is an 8 dollar toll to pass back and forth into Ft. Meyers, which could add up quickly. All in all, it was a lovely, comfortable home that I would reccomend. Thank you!

A great place to stay!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful pool/hot tub area. Very clean and spacious. We loved the location (close to Publix and Walmart) and a short drive to Ft . Myers Beach. Would definitely want to stay here ahain!

So loved our stay here…..way too short and cannot wait to come back! The property was beautiful, full of all the essentials we needed, and like I stated, not enough time to be there. House was just as the pictures looked. Canal was not as wide as I thought but made no difference. Very clean and quiet.

Pool steps

Everything was great, except the steps from the pool to the dock area. They are a law suit waiting to happen. They wouldn't pass any building code inspector. I'm 81 years old and I risked my life every time I used them. No rails, too narrow of a landing outside the pool door and the drop in between the steps is inconsistent.

Winter vacation

Clean place . Hot tub needs to be set warmer. Fishing was not ideal on dock. Need dock lights and chairs on dock. Rug was a hazard at the front door it moves . Overall though the place is great for swimming and location to things .

Very pleasant stay overall

Easy access & understandable directions on home functioning. Clean & spacious. Smart Vizio tvs a plus. pool and hot tub work great. Could use a new kitchen spatula - so minor a detail (the one is weak & needs replaced) Two walk-in showers EXCELLENT. Located in a great location Very close neighbor had outdoor renovation being done real close to master bedroom & loud vocals & machine noises really early - not homeowners fault but not a great way to start each day. One of the four auto working blinds in the dining area was missing. Only a problem when the sun was blaring through - BUT the good was - the sun was blaring through :) Got too busy to use grill, kayaks or bikes but wish we had & glad they were with house. Left a note for housekeeping that we went a step further with sheets and towels & left washed in the washer. Hope that helped out a bit. Would stay here again. Thank you for having us.
