Escape to your own private oasis at this newly built beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 8 guests. This home will leave you submerged in relaxation and luxury, and has all of the comforts of home. Set on an canal with, spectacular sunsets, and a custom heated pool and kayaks for all day fun in the sun. This Villa will leave you living in the lap of luxury. Opening the front doors, you will feel immersed into another world. Villa Coral Cove is close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment!

Upon entering this home you are greeted by the large sectional couch and mounted flat screen TV, where you can stream any movies or shows using complimentary Wi-Fi. You and your guests will love the modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There are four barstools at the kitchen island along with a separate dining area for four guests.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and TV, along with direct access to the lanai and pool area. There is also a gorgeous master bathroom ensuite complete with large walk in shower. The two other guest rooms feature queen beds with the last guest room hosting twin beds.

Relax and soak up the Florida sun in the large heated pool or lounge in the spacious screened-in lanai. The outdoor area also features an outdoor kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for hosting barbecues and enjoying meals al fresco. For the adventurous at heart, take advantage of the kayaks available for guest use and explore the nearby waterways. And of course, enjoy fishing in the canal right in the backyard! Superb!!

Our stay was great, the home is very clean, spacious and light. Key factor for us was the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was very good! The covered patio and pool were excellent, we stayed outside from morning to night. We had a few questions and everyone was very responsive and super friendly and helpful. This home is a jewel, thank you for sharing it with us.

Straight out of Home Magazine - The 1st Review of this Amazing Property

First of all, I want to say that the photos are real. Sometimes you worry when they look too perfect. You could still smell the paint on the walls it was so new. A perfect family home with all the amenities. The owners had fishing poles, kayaks, grill and lots of other extras ready for you to enjoy your stay. As I mentioned this property as the photos show are right out of a magazine. The space is perfect for entertaining. Dining room area, kitchen bar, family room, outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating all connected to make a great family home. We are a family of four plus a pet and did not use the bedroom with the double beds so easily more could have stayed in this house. The location is great with lots of stores and shops in the area. Many beaches are a short drive away. My dog had a blast and the place was so clean and nice he ran into the outdoor glass twice trying to get to me. All the comforts of home with ample space to enjoy a long stay. The checkin process was great even for a last minute trip and the rules and details you need to kickoff your vacation right away are there. At night the lights around the pool and the lights on the outside of the house was great. The house was clean, plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper stocked and ready for you to enjoy. I can't say enough great things about this stay. At the time of our stay there is identical house to the left and no house to the right. Loved the neighborhood and people were friendly. Thanks so much for this fine property. My family did not want to leave. Would stay here again without hesitation.
