5-Star Stay – Comfortable, Well-Equipped & Great for a Longer VisitRoelens was a wonderful host — responsive, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, which made everything seamless.The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. It was very clean upon arrival and exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook and settle in for a month-long stay.The amenities really enhanced our experience. The heated pool was a highlight and well maintained. Having in-home laundry was extremely convenient for an extended stay. The WiFi was reliable and fast enough to comfortably work remotely without any issues. While there wasn’t a dedicated desk space, I was able to set up my “office” at the dining room table, which worked well.The location is also a plus — close to shopping and just a short drive to the beach, making it easy to enjoy both everyday conveniences and time by the water.Overall, the home was comfortable and easy to live in for an extended stay. We had no problems during our visit and would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a stress-free, well-equipped rental. We would gladly stay here again.

Get Away in Cape Coral

The house was simple, but beautiful, perfect for our 17 month old granddaughter. The contract said we had to bring our own towels, but these were actually provided and it would have been helpful to not bring all those. We look for a home with a private pool to enjoy for a week and the pool was warm and wonderful. We had a wonderful stay other than the rental across the canal had very noisy residents which kind of put a damper our last few afternoons and evenings by the pool. Our adult daughters absolutely loved the house and would love to come back,

Winter getaway

Overall was a nice property, pool area is a little small for multiple people laying around the pool. No kayaks so had to pay a lot to rent. TV situation needs to be explained in the binder. It is all App based and had no idea they had Hulu as it was not signed in until a week into our stay after complaining the property manager tracked down the home owner to get the password. If any "older" folks rented and not familiar with smart TV apps they would never be able to watch any TV.

Winter escape

While the house was spacious and clean, several small maintenance issues surfaced. The main bedroom closet and bathroom doors squeaked. The room darkening shade in the family was broken. The grill temperature gauge is broken and the grill burners were not operating properly. Apparently, the grill temperature gauge has been broken for some time. Not able to adjust the pool heater, we were required to call the property manager to adjust the temperature. The nice lady who arrived to adjust the temperature had no idea what to do. She was a new employee and was not trained in adjusting the pool heater. I had the pool maintenance man help us out.These are not major issues but reflects a lack of care by the owners and the management company.
