Located in the prestigious Old Dunsborough and just a street back from the beautiful calm crystal waters of Geographe Bay, Dunsborough Sunrise is the ultimate beach lovers getaway.

Entering through the front door to the left of the house, you will find the main living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with split cycle air con, dining and lounge area.  Further past the kitchen is the separate TV lounge area with split cycle air con, perfect to be used as a kids retreat. Take your pick of a Winter or Summer retreat at Dunsborough Sunrise.

The house offers a log burner in the main living area along with an impressive fire pit outdoors in the garden (please note there are extremely strict Total Fire Ban rules in warmer months relating to fires) Dine alfresco and and have your sundowner on the decked area overlooking the Indian Ocean. Enjoy a good old family game of cricket in the large grassed back garden,  fully fenced for your peace of mind,

Downstairs you will find two Queen bed rooms opposite the main family bathroom. Moving upstairs are the remaining 2 bedrooms consisting of the master King room with split cycle air con and a further Double bed room with split cycle air con. All bedrooms are ocean facing.

Please note, the second bathroom/ laundry is located externally to the rear of the house.

Dunsborough Sunrise is a home from home ready and waiting for you to make lasting family memories. Walking distance to the most beautiful beaches in Dunsborough which are family friendly and picturesque. The Old Dunsborough boat ramp is also a short stroll away where you will find a children's play area, BBQ's and toilet amenities. There is a local coffee van which is parked there some days too and is a great way to start your morning!

Bring along your bikes and explore the local tracks, even cycling all the way to Busselton if you are feeling athletic!

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
