Dunsborough "Beach-Side" offers you beachside luxury living and is just a few short steps to the tranquil shores and waterâs edge of Geographe Bay. Dunsborough "Beach Side" is the closest house to the beach in the complex without being directly on the beach and is ideal for families or groups of all ages, with no main roads to cross to access the beach.
This modern character feature home is North Facing, taking in the gorgeous northern sunlight and is ideal for that Dunsborough getaway or coastal beach break with family or friends. The house is situated a few minutes walk from the town centre, with direct access to the sealed beachfront walking and cycle path to Dunsborough Town and Old Dunsborough to the north. The property has an ideal location to access the best of the Southwest Region and is a short drive to Eagle Bay, Smiths and Yallingup Beach. It is also on the doorstep to some of the regions finest award winning wineries, galleries and restaurants.
The house has been fully refurbished inside and appointed with new furnishings, soft coverings and window dressings.The ground floor comprises of a master bedroom with ensuite. Two double-sized bedrooms are situated at the opposite end of the house. One with a queen size bed and the other with two king single beds. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a second bathroom, with bath, shower and a separate toilet.
The property features open plan living and dining area with polished jarrah and tasmanian oak flooring. The Chefs Kitchen is appointed with modern appliances, Delonghi coffee machine and is well equipped for your needs.
Upstairs is a spacious TV room and fourth bedroom which combine to be the ideal children's retreat or rumpus room. It consists of two bunk beds (doubles at the bottom and singles at the top), two large sofa's and a flatscreen LCD TV/DVD.
The alfresco entertaining area faces North and contains a large outdoor dining table which seats 8 adults and overlooks a lush private lawn and garden. It is the perfect place to be on those warm summer afternoons and evenings on the coast, or to take in the gorgeous winter sunlight.
