The Space:
This lovely home is a unique blend of modernity with comfort!

The spacious living area greets you with a comfy grey sofa that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) that will be your perfect companion after a long, tiring day. Sit back and relax as you watch your favorite movie or shows on the huge TV across. A coffee table, a planter in the corner, and wall art complete this serene space. The weaved designer chair adds a touch of timber wood flair to the living area.

The dining area exudes modernity, featuring a rectangular table paired with four chairs and two high-chairs across the countertop that is perfect for your quick bite snack or sharing a scrumptious meal with loved ones.

The kitchen is equipped with all that you need for food preparation, cooking, baking, and more!

The bedroom is uniquely tailored to suit your standard! Comfortable king-sized bed that is fitted with a comfy mattress and premium hotel quality linens & pillows to make sure you have a good night's sleep. The room is also equipped with bedside lamps and tables, a spacious built-in wardrobe, wall art that complete the space.

To ensure a pleasant stay, guests are provided with fresh towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion in the bathroom.

Don't forget to take advantage of the apartment's relaxing balcony with an outdoor furniture for you and your loved ones. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the serene city views.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool, gym, and parking.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, train, tram, or water bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others.
While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station, meanwhile, is less than 5 minutes away on foot. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai (Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, and others).

The Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, Roxy theatre, supermarkets, and more).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

***Temporary Pool Closure - Please be advised that the swimming pool at Collective will be closed for annual maintenance, as per the schedule from 8th January to 1st February. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience.

***Please be informed that maintenance works are scheduled for one of the apartments located on the 26th floor as per the schedule from 8th February to 7th March. The maintenance work is allowed from Mondays to Saturdays (except holidays) between 9am and 5pm. Noisy Works (such as drilling, hammering, etc.) are only allowed as per the timings. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope the disruption will be kept to a minimum. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
