The Space:
Walk into this warm and cozy apartment with a charming sofa that is convertible to a bed (sleeps 1!) and cable TV right there at the living room. Dine on kitchen bar counter with bar stools. Cook your own meals using the kitchen appliances with cookware and dishes and silverware.

Unwind or let off some steam on the balcony with amazing Marina views and the city! Breathing in this beauty is surely therapeutic!

The bedroom has a king-sized bed complete with luxurious and comfy linens and mattress that will guarantee a good sleep for you. It also has an en suite bathroom packed with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and a welcome pack provided for guests.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool & gym.

*Swimming pools will be temporarily closed on every Thursday between 4PM to 5 PM.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station is a 5-minute walk. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
