This spacious property, sleeping 8 guests is perfect for 1 or 2 families. The property offers:

The 4 beautiful bedrooms include:

Bedroom 1: Master queen bed, TV with netflix, split system heating/cooling and huge ensuite (Large shower, vanity, roll-top bath, toilet) and walk in robe (upstairs). There is a folding single bed in the walk in robe, suitable for an extra child.
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, drawers (upstairs)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, walk in robe, ceiling fan (downstairs)
Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds, ceiling fan, built in robes (downstairs)
There is a portacot and high chair available upon request.

Outside includes:

Private undercover front verandah with BBQ area, outdoor seating for 5 overlooking the landscaped garden. There is also a breakfast table setting on the deck for 2.

The kids will have fun with the foosball table in the double garage. There is lock up parking space for 2 cars plus jet ski and another parking space close to the garage. A shared driveway leads to the double garage.

All tariffs are BYO linen. Guests BYO sheets, pillowcases and towels. Doonas and pillows are provided.
Linen hire is available for $50 per bed.

Berta’s Beach Shack is suitable for families, mature couples or adult groups aged 25+ years.

The property has a NO SMOKING policy, no parties are permitted and no schoolies' bookings, hen’s or buck’s nights.
