The living area is spacious with room for the whole family, with a sunken lounge and easy access to the entertainment deck, the dining area and the family room which also has a great outdoor sitting area. There are also 4 outdoor sitting areas to enjoy.

Entertainment wise, there is full streaming enabled TVs in each bedroom and main lounge room, as well as a dual Sonos Bluetooth sound system.

The spacious parents retreat is located on the upper level of the house and has spectacular views of the ocean. It has its own open-plan ensuite with a day-spa-vibe, including a shower and spa bath. The Parents Retreat also has its own private balcony to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets or coffee in the morning.

If you’re on the Coffs Coast for a workcation, you’ll find working from this home an absolute pleasure with your own dedicated workspace and WIFI provided.

To keep you comfortable all year round, the home is air-conditioned in the main living areas and the master bedroom.
