Summary:
Welcome to Little Blue in Birmingham! Our adorable, 4 bed, 2 bath home has been updated through out and is located in historic Birmingham (with in walking distance to Legion Field). With an additional queen size sleeper sofa there is plenty of room for a larger family or group of friends! Located just a couple of miles away from the city center you will have easy access to all the best that Birmingham as to offer! Just 2 miles to the Museum of Art and the University.

The Space:
Our single level home might be small but it has been thoughtfully put together to accommodate a larger group of family and friends! Once you arrive you will be greeted by a covered front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or just sit and relax outside. The updated kitchen is complete with everything you need to settle in and feel "at home." Off the kitchen you will find a designated dining room with a large table seating 6-8. Our home has 4 cozy bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has two full size beds as well as an additional TV complete with Roku! Bedroom #3 has two queen size beds and bedroom #4 has a full bed. 2 updated full bathrooms complete our home! We look forward to hosting you and we know you will enjoy our space as much as we do!
Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our transitioning neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it. No refunds due to the neighborhood if you arrive and decide to cancel.

We love our home and neighborhood and have never had any security concerns, but understand that everyone has different life experiences. If a transitioning neighborhood makes you uncomfortable, please book elsewhere.***

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the historic district of downtown Birmingham. With in walking distance of Legion Field and just a short driving distance from anything else you might need. Our neighbors are great to us, and we try to be good neighbors, too! We ask that guests not throw large parties or have music our other outside noise past 9:30 p.m.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving and provide parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in. Just know that we are a quick phone call or message away should you need anything during your stay!
