The Space:
Bending the corner reaching the entrance of the villa you are welcomed in the foyer by the sight of a grand curved staircase. The foyer also has a powder room for guests. The living room is ample and is flanked by French doors and overlooking the terrace, providing immediate views over the Spanish Water. Topping this off is the three-story high beamed cathedral ceiling with roof windows. Light pours in from the French doors, the many roof windows and the in-floor lighting. Tucked in the left corner next to the foyer is a bedroom, also featuring glass paneled doors opening to the terrace and living room.
To the right lie the rooms and closets elegantly laid out by wooden double doors. The master bedroom lies front and center, figuratively and literally, as it is between the doors and at the front of the villa when entering the gate. It is also nestled between the his- and hers-walk in closet, with the gent’s version connecting to the master bathroom which sits as the last of the doors on the main floor.
Also large of size with double sink, stall shower and laundry chute opening to the terrace also. The entire living area, and bedrooms’ floors are of Surinamese redwood. Up the curved staircase you reach a large balcony overlooking the living area, bringing you to the other bedroom with en suite bathroom, reach-in closet and a grand terrace.The second story has views over Brakkeput and The Spanish Water as well.
Back to the living room and leading to the terrace is the kitchen. Modern and equipped with high quality appliances including a Nespresso machine, ready for your mornings overlooking the Table Mountain view and pool from your very own center island. Besides an outdoor shower and lounging area this pool with wooden deck also has a pergola for the shade. Located underneath the villa you have 3 more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, glass paneled doors, all with sweeping views over Brakkeput and Spanish Water lagoon. Also underneath the villa there is a laundry room with kitchenette. The entire villa is surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

The Neighborhood:
This is a popular neighborhood located on the east side of the island, minutes away from Willemstad. It's very safe and secure. Surrounded by the Spanish waters, with unique views. The property is also closed to tourist attraction like beaches, restaurant and activities.
Getting Around:
We can arrange airport transportation at a additional cost, however we always recommend to rent a car as it is the easiest way to explore the island.
Other Things to Note:
- American (110v) and European (220v) plug outlets
- Minimum stay of 7 nights during Xmas/ New Year period and 4 nights for the rest of the year
- Mandatory extra-cleaning when stay is longer then 7 nights
- Water- and Electricity consumption included till a maximum of 25 KwH per day and a maximum of 1 m3 water per day. Over-usage will be charged, $0,55 per KwH and $8 per m3, this will be calculated at the end of your stay and you would be charged afterwards for your over-usage of the utilities.
- The rate shown is based on 6 pax, 3 bedrooms, extra person/bedrooms at an additional charge
- There is no A/C in common areas, only in the bedrooms
- Pool-boy every Monday and Thursday
