Une fois que vous entrez dans Villa Laman Goûtez à l'atmosphère des Caraïbes. Vous vous sentirez immédiatement chez vous grâce au salon très spacieux, à la cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée et au bar avec une grande terrasse. Le mobilier est adapté à l'atmosphère de la maison. La villa dispose d'un jardin tropical avec une piscine privée (10 m x 4 m), où vous pourrez vous attarder. Avec la musique entraînante et un cocktail à la main; sur une chaise longue, vous pouvez rêver.

Villa Laman dispose de 5 chambres doubles, chaque chambre est équipée de la climatisation et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche et WC. Daarmaast la villa dispose d'une grande terrasse supplémentaire (50m2) et un palapa (40m2) où vous pourrez vous détendre ensemble et se détendre.

La belle et célèbre Jan Thiel Beach se trouve à quelques minutes de marche des villas. A la plage, vous pourrez vous détendre en sirotant un cocktail froid. De plus, vous pouvez faire de la plongée, plongée en apnée, et le soir, vous pourrez profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil. En voiture, vous rejoindrez le centre-ville de Willemstad en 15 minutes et la célèbre plage de Mambo à seulement 10 minutes. Pour les séjours de plus de 7 nuits, un nettoyage intermédiaire est requis (150 €), déduit du montant de la caution.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, incredibly clean, and located in such a peaceful, lovely neighborhood - while still being very close to some of Curaçao’s most amazing beaches.Marieke, the property manager, was fantastic, and Axel, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout all of our communications. Most importantly, when we experienced an unexpected medical emergency during our stay, both Axel and Marieke went above and beyond to help us. Their kindness and support meant so much to our family and made a very stressful situation much easier.We are truly grateful for their incredible hospitality and cannot recommend this beautiful home enough. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property was exactly as described and was so incredibly beautiful and accommodating. We did a trip for a friends 40th birthday and there were 9 of us. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, check in process was very easy and smooth, everything was top notch! We are a group of people that run hot so we left our AC on in our rooms quite often and the charge at the end for going over on electric was very reasonable in comparison for the comfort that we were able to get. I would 10/10 recommend this house and stay again!! Very beautiful, spacious, close to local bars and restaurants, quiet peaceful area with a two car drive way, gated yard with remote access and alarm system! What are you waiting for?! Just book it!! :)

The host was very responsive to all questions before we arrived. The manager that met us at the property was also fantastic. We had an issue with the safe not unlocking and she had it handled in a very timely manner as we needed our passports retrieved so we could return home. Top notch service!

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay at villa vista Laman and are already talking about a return trip. The house was spotless, checkin/checkout was easy and the outdoor area was perfect for us and our kids. It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery. We will certainly return!

Everything was great!! One minor thing was that the wifi didn’t work. We didn’t care we were there for the pool the heat and the beaches. They didn’t disappoint.

A Bit of Paradise

The Villa is absolutely gorgeous, with a lovely indoor/outdoor feel. Always breezy. Beautiful pool and tiki hut. I would have gladly stayed another week or more- hope to return. Very convenient walking distance beach, restaurants, grocery store.

Villa Laman was absolutely perfect for my girls getaway week! There were 10 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside area including the pool was spectacular. We did go over in our daily electricity allowance but the cost wasn’t very much for the group so it was worth it. Easy walk to the grocery store and the Jan Thiel beach area. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Curaçao!

I'm not one to write reviews but this was just a great trip. The property manager was amazing and there when we needed. The home was top notch. It was everything me and my family wanted and needed (9) of us by the way. The location was just about perfect. We were very happy with everything.

Friendcation in Paradise

This home was absolutely perfect for our Friendcation in Curacao. It easily fit three adult couples and two children, ages 8 and 11. The home is beautiful and modern, and the pool area was a HUGE hit! We loved that Jan Thiel beach was an easy walk from the house and Tugboat beach was only minutes away. The check-in and check-out process is super easy. We will definitely stay here sgain!

Exceptional home and wonderful host — perfect for families and groupsVilla Laman was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations in every way. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and impressively soundproof, which was perfect for our family with different sleep schedules. There was ample storage throughout, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The kitchen is HUGE and beautifully equipped, and the seating areas both inside and outside gave everyone plenty of space to relax and gather. The pool was fantastic — deep, long, and perfect for swimming, with a built-in bench along the side that quickly became a favorite spot. The hammocks and swinging chairs added so much charm, and the constant breeze flowing through the house made it feel cool, peaceful, and connected to the outdoors.This home can easily accommodate five families comfortably, and the parking for four cars was incredibly convenient. The host was amazing — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly takes great pride in the home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Laman to anyone visiting Curaçao. It is a truly special place.

Beautiful villa

This is wonderful, beautiful, and clean property, in a good location. You could easily be happy spending your entire stay on premises. The owner and property manager are accommodative and communicate promptly. Keep in mind that you may need to acquire your own soap, shampoo, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. Highly recommended.

A Wonderful Family Accommodation!

This was our second time in Curaçao and staying at Villa Laman made it all the more enjoyable! A great place to stay that is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a local supermarket. The house itself was perfect as it was clean with all the amenities we could need including the pool and cabana out back. All services provided were great, responsive, and friendly. The house was amazing. Marieke was available for all of our needs and was very helpful in suggesting things to do. We were most excited about her recommendation for a private chef. @bcprivatechef was amazing. If you are in need of a private chef you won’t be disappointed.

The layout of the house is perfect. I loved that the kitchen is totally open to the outside. There is so much seating and lots of sun or shade, whatever you're looking for!If anything, I thought the place looked even better than in the photos!The restaurants and grocery store are a short walk, very convenient. We only went out of the neighbourhood twice in the whole week.Our house manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. We asked to stay late on our day of departure and they were very accommodating.The only thing I would say is that it seems silly not to just provide extra toilet paper - such a small thing but would make it a lot more convenient. The same goes for shampoo - for those travelling with only carry on it means packing small bottles or having to find small bottles to buy once there.

Great location and property - but nickel / dime

Great location and fantastic property that is clean. Big enough for 10 guest. The only negative is the lack of small stuff - one roll of toilet paper only / no garbage bags / not even hand soap in the bathrooms. Also, they tell you that you will be charged extra if you use more than the allotted amount of electricity. I think it would be better to just provide some of these items and charge extra $20 per day.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The communication with the owner and the housemanager were excellent. The house was clean and everything worked fine. I would have given it 5 stars but there were some minor things. I think the living room needs an air conditioner unit. Once you close the doors it gets extremely hot at night. There were gardeners working on our second day (was communicated when we arrived) I get that these things need to be done but I would plan this on a day that there are no guests. They also use equipment etc and charge them at the house since guests are paying for electricity use I don’t find this completely fair. And then there was another day that pest control came (also communicated the day before) this was unpleasant. I have small children and the smell was bad also the gardeners were wearing masks. I did say something to the housemanager but she said it wasnt that bad but everyone else in our group noticed the smell. Again this is something I would not plan when guests are staying and trying to enjoy the outside and the pool. Other than that it is an amazing house, not far from the beach and the pictures dont even do it justice it is prettier in person.

Top villa!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Schoon, groot en overzichtelijk waardoor kleine kinderen de vrijheid hebben en heel goed in de gaten kunnen worden gehouden. En alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Daarbij heeft iedere slaapkamer een eigen airco dus iedereen kan voor zich kiezen of hij deze gebruikt. Heerlijk zwembad en een lekkere grote tuin met veel privacy. De zee is op max. 10 minuutjes lopen waarbij je direct langs de Albert Heijn komt en je wat boodschapjes kunt doen. Het contact met de eigenaar is heel plezierig, je krijgt snel en duidelijk antwoord en ook het in- en uitchecken verliep heel prettig en snel. We hebben genoten!

We all loved the house, the indoor/outdoor living area. The “tiki” hut was used every evening. The bedrooms were spacious. We all loved having our own bathrooms. They were huge! Great showers. Very nice linens. Convenient to restaurants and little market. 5 minute walk. They house manager was excellent.
