This property captures the magic of Southern California glamour and is all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine! The sprawling yard is walled for privacy and features gorgeous mountain views. The pool and spa are at the center of the yard - with lounge chairs and a fire pit lounge on one end, and a built-in BBQ cooking station with a bar on the other. There is also a covered outdoor dining pavilion. Everything here has been carefully space-planned for living the good life in comfort and style!

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This beautiful vacation home has been remodeled and updated for the way we live today. Large open floor plan with all brand new art and furnishings. The kitchen, dining, living and family rooms are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax, spread out and enjoy. Glass doors and windows throughout the property let the light pour in - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The fabulous family room features a billiard table, a bar, a stone fireplace and a huge flat screen television - it's perfect for hanging with the entire group!

This property has all the extras you would expect including a fully appointed kitchen, flatscreen TVs in every room, high-speed internet, and upgraded heating and cooling systems.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen television with streaming capabilities, and ample storage. The Master Suite features a King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. Guest Rooms 1 and 2 feature King beds. Guest Room 3 has two Twin beds. All Guest Rooms share easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Located on a calm residential street in the Gene Autry Neighborhood of Palm Springs - named for the "Singing Cowboy" Gene Autry who was an American singer, songwriter, actor, musician, and rodeo performer who gained fame largely by singing in a crooning style on radio, in films, and on television for more than three decades beginning in the early 1930s. After appearing in more than 90 films, and hosting The Gene Autry Show television series, the famous Crooner moved to Palm Springs where he enjoyed living life in the sunshine among his celebrity friends . Autry is still remembered for his Christmas holiday songs, most especially his biggest hit "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer" as well as "Frosty the Snowman", "Here Comes Santa Claus", and "Up on the House Top."
