Imaginez-vous dans cette maison moderne récemment rénovée, de plus de 2600 pieds carrés, entiÚrement meublée, lumineuse et aérée avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de San Jacinto depuis les cours avant et arriÚre. Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine ou détendez-vous dans notre nouveau spa pour 7 personnes et profitez de l'intimité de cette retraite ... combinaison idéale d'emplacement, de confort, d'intimité et de style.

Avec 4 chambres, 4 salles de bains, 2 salons, 2 salles à manger, un salon extérieur couvert et des tonnes d'espace ouvert! 3 des 4 chambres sont des chambres de maßtre avec salle de bain attenante. 2 chambres de maßtre ont un accÚs direct à la piscine. La 3e chambre principale dispose de sa propre entrée et d'un espace bureau / stockage séparé. Master Bath # 1 a deux lavabos, une douche à l'italienne et une baignoire séparée.

NOUVELLE CUISINE HAUT DE GAMME POUR MOURIR! La nouvelle cuisine propose des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils LG en acier inoxydable et de nouvelles armoires. Tous les nouveaux meubles et décorations ... y compris une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse.

Le salon principal est plein de verre, vous pouvez donc regarder directement la piscine et la toile de fond avec vue sur la montagne.

Perfect home for a group trip

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! If you are traveling with a group of friends, this place is perfect because each one of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Plus the communal space is more than adequate with two living areas, two dining areas, plus two covered outdoor spaces. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The home would also be great for a larger family group.I especially appreciated the courteous and prompt assistance we received from the manager leading up to and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!

perfect location!

This house was lovely and spacious. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus 2 separate living rooms gave us plenty of space. The location is perfect for the restaurants and museums in Palm Springs.

Very nice mid-century vibe. Excellently appointed kitchen Great to have 3 ensuite rooms. Pool and hot tub are relaxing Easy access to golf downtown restaurants, and the airport. Owners were very helpful with recomendations, flexible and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house :)

Loved this place :) Outdoor space is lovely with covered patio with couches, awesome pool, and lounge chairs/umbrellas. Inside, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and accommodations were comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and centrally located, with an easy quick car trip to downtown and Sunrise Park. Highly recommend!

Great Space

This property met our needs as a family very well. From the well supplied kitchen to the living room and outdoor space, our group enjoyed time together and could also find space to be alone. Some suggestions would be to use less chlorine in the hot tub as it was overwhelming and caused coughing when using. Also, trying to keep the house warm enough in the winter months was challenging with the thermostat. Overall a great experience.

Relaxing and space to spread out

The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook and just hang out and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Very walkable distance into town if you feel like shopping or eating out. Home was very clean and has plenty room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Manager was friendly and very helpful. Plan to book again for next year.

Great Palm Springs Vibe!

What a great property! This place fit the bill for our cousins weekend in beautiful Palm Springs. Communication, , decor, comfort, well stocked kitchen, pool and spa
..This place has it all. Downtown core was an easy 20 minute walk and a five minute drive . Easy peasy. And the beautiful and quiet neighborhood was an added bonus. We will be back!

A wonderful property

This is a wonderful property: spacious, well designed, immaculately clean, conveniently located and well equipped. With a multigenerational family we especially appreciated the several living areas, the private wing for the grandparents, and the every well equipped kitchen. The house is indeed within walking distance of the main part of town, as well as close to grocery stores. And the neighborhood is pleasantly walkable. Due tp unseassonable rain and cold we did not use the pool and tub, but the outdoor area is pleasantly designed and sheltered. We would stay here again with hesitation.

Winter Group Break

A group of 7 of us stayed at this property for the weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. The house was even bigger than the pictures make it look. Everything was great, and it was very well kitted out with amenities. One difference that was not a problem, just did not realize that the spa they refer to is a separate hot tub to the side of the patio. The pool is not heated and for February was very cold. However, this in no way detracted from our stay. The hot tub was fantastic and the view from the patio was stunning. It felt like a movie set! Access and communication with the property and owner was phenomenal and overall a fantastic place to stay! Even better than the pictures!

Quiet, private holiday oasis

We needed a place very short notice and the owner was very accommodating. The property is perfectly located near downtown but still in a great neighbourhood. Mostly new or updated architecturally designed homes. We didn't hear any noise except chirping birds and the occasional gardener. The house itself is beautifully laid out with the master bedroom/bathroom away from the other bedrooms which gave us more privacy from our teenager. All the rooms face towards the pool area which is a perfect view to wake up to in PS. We loved the furnishings and how much space we had. Everything is modern and newly done inside. Everything you need plus more. The pool was the perfect temperature and had as many pool toys as you needed. There is also a jacuzzi but it was too hot for us to jump into, on a cool night would be a really nice extra. Overall extremely well priced for all the amenities and quality of the property. We would definitely stay again.

Jessica & I have been married for more than 25 years. We live in Long Beach, California with our two boys, Jordan (17) and Jonah (13), and similar to many Los Angelenos, we have very busy, fast-paced lives.

Palm Springs is a great escape destination for us! When we turn onto Highway 111, there is a feeling of calm that grips us. The weather is inviting, the temperature is moderate, the scenery is soothing and there is good food, arts & culture, world-class outdoor activities to enjoy. Undoubtedly Palm Springs is a great getaway.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this home because it matches our lifestyle. I come from a very large family with 5 siblings. Jessica is a professional event planner, thus we love to entertain our friends and family...so we needed a home large enough to accommodate all of us.

We are thrilled to now have our own slice of paradise and happy to be able to share it with you. We are sure that you will also love it here and enjoy your time around Palm Springs and in our very comfortable home!

We would say our favorite thing about the property is the privacy, the views of San Jacinto mountains and all the space fits multi families with kids!
