**Check-In Details:** Upon arrival, please inspect all appliances, furniture, and other items in the apartment for any damage or missing items. If you notice anything, kindly inform us immediately.

**Maid Services:** Enjoy a complimentary cleaning service for every week of your stay. For shorter visits, additional cleanings are available for 450 pesos each.

**Dishwashing:** Please note that dishwashing isn't included in the weekly cleaning. However, this service is available for an extra 5 USD (100 MXN) and can be arranged directly with the maid.

**Drinking Water:** The first large bottle of water is on us. Should you need more, replacements are available for 50 pesos each, payable in cash upon delivery.

**House Security:** Your safety is paramount. Please ensure all doors and windows are securely closed whenever you leave the apartment.

**Quiet Hours:** To respect our neighbors, quiet hours start at 10:00 PM and last until sunrise. This includes minimizing music and other audio.

**Occupancy:** The number of guests staying should not exceed the number specified in your reservation. Exceeding this number may result in termination of your rental.

**Booking Fees and Utilities:** Fees are as detailed during your booking. The daily electricity allowance is typically 15 to 25 USD. For stays over 28 nights, electricity costs are separate from your rate.

**Security Deposit:** Any damages or excessive dirtiness will result in deductions from your security deposit.

**No Pets and No Smoking Policy:** To maintain the quality of our premises, pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.

**Subletting and Illegal Activities:** Subletting is not permitted. The premises should only be used for lawful activities. Any illegal actions will lead to immediate termination of this rental with no refunds.

**Inspection Rights:** We reserve the right to inspect the premises with prior notice if we suspect any dangerous or illegal activities. Violation of this agreement will result in immediate termination in accordance with State law.

**Maintenance and Repairs:** Please maintain the premises in good condition. Any damages caused will be charged to you, potentially through deductions from your security deposit.

**Trash Disposal:** Dispose of all waste in the bins located outside the property.

**Quiet Enjoyment and Neighborly Conduct:** Enjoy your stay peacefully and respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Disruptive gatherings or parties are grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.

**Host's Liability and Attorney’s Fees:** We are not liable for any personal injury or property loss during your stay. Any legal fees incurred due to agreement violations will be your responsibility.

**Use of Premises:** The premises are strictly for residential use. No commercial activities are allowed.

**Left Behind Items:** We are not responsible for personal items left behind, but we'll make an effort to return them. Unclaimed items after two weeks may be retained by the host.

**Governing Law:** This agreement is subject to the laws of the property's location.
