Enjoy the outlook from your spacious living area through a wall of glass or discover peaceful relaxation outside in the pool, garden and entertaining area. And as the stars twinkle above, doze off to the sounds of nature in the master suite.

Landscaped gardens, lush lawns and a stone wall hug the natural fall of the land as Natural Lane gracefully emerges from the bushland. The elegance and timelessness of the timber, glass and steel exterior flows effortlessly indoors with a warmth that brings immediate calm. 

There’s a lovely glow in the open plan living, dining and kitchen where the clever use of glazing captures the beautiful landscape, encouraging you to simply be in the moment. Natural elements, metallics and a splash of grey-blue in the elegant kitchen will inspire sumptuous creations. A central fireplace sits between the dining area and delightful living zone, making for a cosy night-in. And with a huge window framing the view, nature is close by whether you’re starting your day with a coffee at the dining table or snuggling up on the lounge and watching the stars at night.

On sunny days you can take advantage of the indoor-outdoor flow and pull back the sliding doors to the outdoor deck. Out here you can enjoy total privacy.  There’s fun to be had for the kids with ample lush lawns surrounding the house. While tranquility awaits in the sublime solar heated pool. High end outdoor furniture makes a statement on the undercover deck allowing for memorable family gatherings or a chance for a moment alone in the beauty of a sunset.

Back inside, the master suite is a tranquil retreat.  Here the framed landscape - which includes views of the creek - and louvered windows invite sounds of the outdoors. The ensuite is a luxurious escape with striking timber details. Those gorgeous views are on offer in the second bedroom which has a queen bed and in the two remaining bedrooms which house stylish bunk beds. A restful family bathroom caters to the three bedrooms.

THE AREA

Ideally located only a short drive to the pristine beaches at Suffolk Park, day trips to the beach are a breeze. You’ll also find a small shopping centre in the village. It’s a 15-minute drive up the coast to Byron Bay which offers a variety of cafes, restaurants and picturesque beaches. You can simply stay local or venture out to the Byron Bay hinterland with its rainforests, national parks and charming villages, including Bangalow and Nimbin. There are easy bushwalking trips in the region or for the more adventurous there’s kayaking or kite surfing off Byron Bay.

A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
