The six Calla Luxury Seafront Suites have been carefully designed and equipped to offer a cosy environment, featuring modern amenities to ensure a high-class feeling of well-being in an exclusive seafront location.

On the ground floor, two open plan suites with partial sea view boast a private outdoor whirlpool and direct access to the shared freshwater pool in front with sun terrace.

The double height technique is a characteristic architectural feature of Venetian residential buildings, today often referred to as “maisonette”, which places the open bedroom in a lofted area for privacy, giving the living room with higher ceilings a new lease on life.
We maintained this original architectural design which optically separates the sleeping area and adds depth and dimension to the 4 units on our upper floor.

The breathtaking view from their upper and lower spaces on the Mediterranean Sea is spectacular, as the glass panels allow a constant view of the world’s best artist: Nature.
