Tolle Villa auf Kreta

Wir waren 3h vor dem eigentlichen Check In an der Unterkunft und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Es wurde uns Wasser und Melone gebracht und wir durften im Garten und Pool warten, bis die Unterkunft gereinigt war. Mit der Sauberkeit der Villa waren wir nicht so zufrieden. Oft fand man noch lange Haare auf dem Boden. Der Geschirrspüler wurde anscheinend ohne Tab verwendet?! Da lagen viele Essenreste drin rum. Wir haben extra Tabs gekauft um ihn ordnungsgemäß zu verwenden. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Betten wurden am 3.Tag bezogen , es gab frische Handtücher und außerdem wurde die Unterkunft komplett gereinigt. Das Highlight war der Pool. Dort gab es einen extra Kinderbereich. Es gab sehr viele Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Lage war etwas außerhalb. Man musste 10min zum Strand laufen, dort gab es dann auch die ersten Läden. Der Strand war eine Mischung zwischen Kiesel und Sand. Im Wasser gab es riesige Steine. 200m weiter rechts waren keine Steine mehr im Wasser und man konnte entspannt rein laufen. Die Anbindung ist gut. Vom Strand fährt man mit dem Bus nach Rethymno 15 min. Wir hatten uns für einen Tag ein Auto gemietet und sind sehr schnell auf der Schnellstraße gewesen, von da aus kam man überall hin. Die Unterkunft kann ich empfehlen und wir würden auch wieder kommen.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. The location met our expectations to where we could do day-trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the villa amenities and more local things to do. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places are Rethymno and Platanes. The villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, a wonderful terrace, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We have just returned from an excellent and very relaxing holiday at Villa Thetis. The Villa is very comfortable. Air Conditioning in all rooms. Well, equipped kitchen and utility rooms and great pool area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our friends...The pool was lovely and perfect temperature in July...Adele, Rethymno has 4-5 nice tavernas only within a short walking distance. We tried nice tasty local food there and found the people of Adele and Crete very friendly and hospitable. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Villa Thetis for next year.

We spend our holidays in this house for several years (sometimes 2 times per year). Its every time like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location. There is no noise, but within 10 min walk, you are at the beach with all the shops and restaurants. Rethymno is a great place, almost all the time we were outside exploring the area and enjoyed the tasty food at the local restaurants. You have to try the Cretan cuisine while you are there. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the area and the views were amazing. Villa Thetis was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of storage space. Nice spacious outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace with great views to the Rethymno coast. Villa is in a very peaceful and remote location only an 8-minute car trip from the bustling center of Rethymno which really comes alive each evening, with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Platanes and Gerani beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Adele/Rethymno and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

The location was perfect, close enough to walk to the supermarket and the beach but set away in seclusion with beautiful views. Also travelled with Agni for the first time and their customer experience and support was first class

Quality of villa was amazing plenty of space to relax both inside and out. Particularly thought the outside space was very well planned to capture the sun provide stunning views but still feel completely private. Loved looking out towards both the sea and hearing the bells of the local sheep. Was great being able to walk to both the beach and shops. Traveling at the end of October did mean many of the local restaurants had closed but with Rethymon a short drive away and a huge Lidl just down the road eating was not a problem. The local bakers kept everyone happy.

We had a lovely holiday. Crete was beautiful with lovely beaches and snow topped mountains. The villa was spotless and the pool are lovely and private. The view from the kitchen balcony was excellent watching the sunset over the sea made for a beautiful evening. The owners downstairs were incredibly welcoming helpful and kind but kept themselves to themselves. They were good when we needed them otherwise didnt hear them at all. The Villa has been beautifully set up and looked after and was a real pleasure to spend two weeks in. Being able to walk to the shops and the beach in a few minutes was great. Yet we felt like we were in the countryside. Easy access to the main road meant we could explore easily but werent bothered at all by the noise as the house is set far anough away. The shallow section of the pool was brilliant for our 2 year old who rarely got out of it when we were at the villa. An excellent holiday a lovely Villa and wonderful people. Thank you
