Ground floor contains an open-plan kitchen/ dining/ sitting area, bedroom with private bathroom, a hallway with bathroom and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and storage.The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettles, a coffee machine, plenty of cooking utensils, glassware, plates and cutlery.A dining table can sit 8 persons + 2 bar stool.In the sitting area is a large sofa and armchair, and a TV system.The sofa can be extended to provide another double bed.From this area there is a doorway directly onto a covered terrace overlooking the south garden and heated pool.Of the double bedroom with private bathroom on this floor, with a garden view.From the ground floor a handmade staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor.First floorThis floor is very special as it contains a small sitting area.Of the three bedrooms on the first floor, one of them are a double with a garden view, the other two are a twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have balconywith a view of the garden and two of them with the garden and pool view as well.Both bedrooms and the living area on this floor have their own air conditioning.The bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom.You have almost 360 degree view of the wonderful dalmatian countryside, vineyards, olive groves, cycle routes and small villages.
The spacious garden offers a great deal of privacy and is enclosed with stone walls, and full of wonderful scented Mediterranean plants such as fig trees, rosemary and lavender. The heated pool is 8 x 3 meters and is surrounded by a tiled sunbathing area, with sun loungers and chairs.Adjacent is a decked area that also has sun loungers. The rest of the garden is mainly laid to lawn. In one corner of the garden is an outdoor barbecue. For outdoor dining, a large pine table, benches, and chairs are on one of the covered terraces, facing south. The villa is located in the peaceful and picturesque village of Clissa, just 15 minutes from the historic city of Split.There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes in the nearby area, and we are happy to provide recommendations.The villa is located in a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.Please be aware that smoking is not allowed inside the villa. If you do smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.We ask that you treat the villa and its contents with care and respect. Any damages or breakages will be charged accordingly.Our cleaning team will come to the villa once a week to provide a full clean and change of bedlinen and towels. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know and we can arrange it for an extra fee.If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, our property manager is available 24/7 to assist you.
