Das Apartment verfügt über eine Küche, geräumiges Badezimmer, separates WC, Vorzimmer sowie zwei große Zimmer (Wohnzimmer mit Sofabett, Schlafzimmer mit Bett und Sofabett).

Wenn ihr das Apartment für mehr als 2 Personen bucht, bereiten wir
-für die 3.&4. Person das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer vor
-für die 5.&6. Person das Sofabett im Schlafzimmer vor
(dh. bei voller Belegung schlafen 4 Personen im Schlafzimmer, 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer).
ACCESS ONLY FOR GUESTS ON BOOKING
Access to the apartment is only granted for the number of guests on the booking. Please don't let other people in (In case I hire a plumber or somebody else I would notify you in advance).

WINDOWS CLOSED WHEN GONE
Please only open the windows to the garden and always close them when you are not in the apartment.

NIGHT SILENCE
Our neighbours are pretty chilled, so please help us keep it that way. Music in general is ok, but please mind the law mandated night silence between 10pm and 6am.

The house rules are though pretty simple to follow. Thanks in advance for upholding them. If however an incident occurs, I'll need to charge an additional fee of minimum 30EUR (to cover my associated costs).
