Greek architecture with tropical flair, Blondie has created an OASIS where rainforest meets sea. This is also a very healing location because the ground here is ripe with the ancient volcanic clay from the ancient eruption of Volcan Baru in Panama (views of it across the Gulf most early mornings). This clay is intense with healing properties, even in today's medicines it is used. By the time you buy Bentonite and other beneficial clays at the health food store they have been heavily stripped of most qualities except one and are highly processed. Table salt is a very good example of this being left with sodium and stripping out the other 80 something good things which balance sodium. . Casa Ave at Osa's premiere CorcovadoSprings. offers full immersion multi person size private clay tub, bask yourself dry in the warm sun, rinse in the showers from the artesian waters from the ground right here, REPEAT. I have had this clay sent to Sweden and tested for mineral content! Only 8 miles from Puerto Jimenez the busy little gold mine town is where you will go for ATM's and bank, post office, many restaurant options, veggie market , a few grocery options, butchers, liquor store, tour meeting, local pier for meeting fishing and boat excursions, ... OK to visit for necessities, maybe a meal or 2 but hot and loud place to stay

All-inclusive available for very reasonable rates after you've reserved. I don't book all-inclusive through VRBO. You would ask me for that.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

WHY THIS PROPERTY?
Elevated about 400 feet above the beach is MUCH cooler and lots less buggy and more secure than beach property which is all public in Costa Rica. (FYI- if you rent a beach front house- it is all public land with zero privacy rights). Preferring the privacy, cooler breezes yet still being close to the beach I am located in your own private wildlife rain forest reserve. And the view above the water, being able to see over the tallest volcano in Central America across the Gulf, watching the sunrise over the Gulf and set over Corcovado- well you get the picture of why this place! An abundance of wildlife freely walking, flying by entertains every single day. Living at the edge of the rain forest where you have lots of primary rain forest an abundance of nature. Only minutes to beaches is the perfect way to stay cool at night but go to the beach quickly.

Complete and total privacy for rental guests is something almost impossible to find anywhere these days. Even at the local higher end lodges, you will not get privacy. I offer guests PRIVACY and uninterrupted wildlife viewing. Yet we are close to beach and civilization if you want it! Go out for dinner on waterfront or at beach, without needing to plan an expedition just to get there like you do if staying in Matapalo or anywhere south of Puerto Jimenez, our guests enjoy the location feeling lost on an island but being close to getting everywhere. Seldom hearing planes or traffic unless there is a siren (which is RARE) takes guests to what life used to be like before airports and traffic spread their sounds all over the planet! And WOW- the stars are AMAZING at night.
