The townhouse boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 2000 sqft of living space, comfortable accommodating up to 10 guest (due to only having 2 parking spots) . Its prime location near Inlet Beach, Pier Park, and the renowned 30A ensures easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a sleeper sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, a convenient half bath and a covered patio. The second floor features a bedroom with a king bed and sleeper sofa, another bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub, a full-size washer and drying in the hall and a private balcony. The third floor offers two bedrooms, both furnished with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower. This townhouse provides the perfect space for your entire party to build memories that will last a lifetime.
