Entrance:
Appearing in front of you is a spacious house with a big, clean, and airy entrance. Covering the house is a gentle cream-white tone that creates a fantastic feeling for the home. Entering the house, you will be overwhelmed with the layout the owner has put all his heart into. Luxurious interior, warm space, wonderful decoration are words used to describe the space and setting of this house.

The Space:

An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. the clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and a lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! When it's time for a drink or a bite to eat, the tiki bar serves both your favorite libation, along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest cardio and strength-building equipment, the fitness center will keep you in shape while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse, along with a video arcade. Windsor at Westside is a gated community with an attendant to ensure the safety of all our visiting guests.
Windsor at Westside Resort is strategically located in the Kissimmee area, with easy access to theme parks, dining, and shopping. For those who are visiting Disney, the location provides quick access to all the Disney parks via just one exit up Toll Road 429 to Western Way Blvd. Disney entrance. Living room
Living room space will leave you with a deep impression and memories with friends and family. You will feel delighted with the spacious area, luxurious interior, suitable soft sofa set, and flat-screen TV to help you have comfortable, relaxing moments with family and friends. A large glass door in the living room welcomes natural sunlight. It's wonderful when the sun of sunset or dawn visits you every morning while watching TV in the living room. You can see through the glass door to the outdoor dining space from the living room.


Kitchen and Dining room:
Next to the living room area is the dining area, then there will be the kitchen area and three adjacent areas. Imagine the scene where the children sit and watch TV, and someone cooks in the kitchen. Or the family gathers in the dining area, preparing to enjoy their own cooked food, all in the same space, and everyone knows each other's activities. The dining area has a capacity of 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking utensils with a dining island with four chairs, luxury with stainless steel appliances, stone table, granite, beautiful modern furniture such as stove, microwave, utensils set, refrigerator, appliances, baking pan, coffee machine, kettle, microwave. There is also a dining area next to the outdoor swimming pool that can accommodate eight people and besides, there is another set of tables and chairs with cushions and soft pillows suitable for relaxing in the evening.

Gameroom & pool:
Not only resting in a cozy bedroom, relaxing swimming pool, or convenient dining room but you are also entertained right in the house. We also have an oversized game room for entertainment. Game room with seating, billiards, air hockey table, perfect for large family reunions and large groups. In addition, the game room has air conditioning, a private set of tables and chairs, a television, and a video game console. Decorated with mysterious light golden wood tones, a wonderful feeling. The house is suitable for all family members.

Bedroom:
One of the most outstanding features of the house is the top 10 bedrooms with different theme rooms suitable for all family members and ages.
Located on the first floor are two bedrooms. One room is a full bedroom with two beds, in the room, there is a bathroom with all the necessary utensils TV. The room has bright windows and discreet curtains. The other room is a Master King bed with one king-size bed. This room also features a television with curtains and a luxury night light. Both rooms on the first floor have a luxurious style with bright and fresh white tones.
Along the path to the 2nd floor are the remaining eight bedrooms, each with a different style, so you can freely choose your world. The first is four rooms with a similar design, but in which there are 2 King beds, 1 Queen bedroom, and the other Master bedroom; all four rooms have bathrooms, TV windows, and discreet curtains. It is a bit luxurious, fresh and airy because there is natural light from the window. It's great to lay back on a bed with a soft mattress after a long day of fun activities.
The remaining four rooms, each with a different style, are extremely suitable for families with children. The twin bedroom has two beds and is designed with the entire room as Mickey; boys or girls are eligible as long as Disney fans. The next room has a theme room, Beauty and the Beast, which also has 2 Twin beds suitable for girls with a passion for beautiful princesses. Of course, it is impossible not to mention the room with the world design Avengers with a Twin bunk bed. The last room with the theme room is Star Wars with a twin bunk bed. When moving from room to room, you will have the feeling of going from one world to another. These rooms are fully equipped with necessary items such as pillows, curtains, televisions, night lights, teddy bears, and super soft mattresses.
After 28 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night
Parking:
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a $50/hour fee for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you have booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn't cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won't refund.
