Welcome to Blue Palm Bungalow, newly built and completed in January 2024. This dreamy tropical paradise is just steps from the beach in charming New Smyrna Beach! (across the street from the beach) It has a private salt water pool in an enclosed courtyard. The pool is for your use only, you will not share it with anyone else.

Enjoy your vacation in this BRAND NEW, bright and sunny 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 1 story bungalow. There are two king beds and one queen bed. Each of the 3 bathrooms has a large shower and great lighting. Each bedroom has its own tv, a nice closet and a full-length mirror. There is a large tv in the living room as well. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs and there is a gas grill on your patio.

Relax in the tropical courtyard area right outside your front door where can cool off in the sparkling saltwater pool or soak up some sun on the loungers. Enjoy grilling on the patio while enjoying the tropical vibe.
We have beach chairs and an umbrella for enjoying your beach time. Just walk across the street to the beach. There is a crosswalk for safety purposes.
Watch a rocket launch from the pool or walk across the street and enjoy it from the beach!

We are located close to grocery stores, numerous restaurants, coffee shops and are only 1.5 miles from lively Flagler Avenue, where you'll find numerous boutiques, restaurants and live entertainment. Canal Street, in our beautiful downtown area is also close and you don't want to miss it! There are wonderful restaurants and great shopping there as well. We are close to endless outdoor activities including kayaking, boating, fishing, surfing, beach lounging and exploring, biking, birding, dolphin and sunset boat tours, hiking, art festivals, farmers markets and the list goes on. There is so much to explore in our area, you won't have time for all of it! We are a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral National Seashore, Port Canaveral, Disney World, Saint Augustine, Daytona International Speedway and three airports: Orlando, Sanford and Daytona Beach. We absolutely love historic New Smyrna Beach, and we know you will too!

You need to know and general rules:
To finalize the booking, you must provide a government issued ID with a picture.

The principal guest, the person booking and using their credit card must be staying in the bungalow the entire time of the rental dates. The principal guest must have an email address, must have and carry a cell phone with voicemail and must be at least 24 years of age.

Check in is 4 pm, check out is 10 am.

No parties or events, no smoking or vaping.

Parking, there is room for 2 cars on the property.

You will be provided with starter essentials such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and basic spices.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Pool hours are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Pool: The pool may be heated upon request for $20.00 per day. (Typically, only needed Nov-April) Please contact us at least 3 days in advance of your arrival.

Use the pool at your own risk.
No diving or running.
No glass in the pool area.
The pool is close to the bungalow, there is a fence and a gate, but an adult must supervise children under 14 at all times.

The property has two homes on it, one is Blue Palm Bungalow, and the other is our residence. We are here to answer any questions you may have; however, your privacy is very important to us and we will respect it during your stay! We want you to enjoy your vacation and have fun!
