A spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome that features stunning ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. You'll love dining area, which is great for entertaining guests or relaxing with family. The kitchen has been updated with modern appliances and quartz countertops, so you'll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the ocean, and the guest bedroom offers plenty of space for the kiddos. Other features include outside patio furniture, and a washer and dryer in the unit.

A Slice of Paradise

Excellent location with all the possible amenities for beach stay. Super clean with excellent bedding and furniture. Digital Guide Book provided by owners was an amazing addition and chock full of suggestions for the area. This place is special and I hope to return soon.

Perfect family stay

This place is in a really excellent location. Having the pool right there in addition to the beach, makes it perfect for families with children. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need. Highly recommend.

5 Stars all the way

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautifully remodeled 3-story townhome! The unit was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home—truly everything you could possibly need while away. With two spacious bedrooms and three full baths, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax.The location couldn’t have been better—on the first floor with direct access to the pool, and in a quiet, small complex right on the no-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.The hosts went above and beyond, checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect and responding quickly to any questions. It had a true resort-style feel, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a relaxing stay.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway. Five stars, no question.

Great spot!

The townhome was perfect for our 6 person party. Everything was fully remodeling and very tastefully done. No detail was left undone, we felt right at home! Great pool and beach…very calm while we were there. Great communication with host and we would highly recommend if you are in the area!

This property is even better than advertised! Great location on the beach and the condo is stocked with everything you need to have a great time. Host was in constant communication and VERY helpful!

Easily Accessible, Newly Remodeled & Clean!

This condo is so convenient and accessible. It was easy to access with unloading or loading groceries or luggage. It was such easy access to the pool and beach. Everything inside is very newly remodeled and up to date. It was also super clean! I would recommend to anyone.

Beach Getaway

We had a fantastic trip at this impeccably maintained property. Our family really enjoyed being steps from the beach. We appreciated using the beach chairs and the family enjoyed some bonding time playing cornhole as well. We would definitely consider returning again in the future.

Great family condo!

If you want a beautiful condo with an amazing view and also a pool, this is your place! The owners did a wonderful job on the remodel, there are 3 full bathrooms, everything up to date. The kitchen had so many supplies, it saved a lot at the grocery store. There are many good restaurants and activities that are close. We always have a great vacation at Oceanside Village.

Great spot

I can't say enough good things about this location and property. It had literally everything one would want for a beach vacation. Beach and pool are only steps away, close to everything, a fully stocked house, so clean, etc. I could go on and on. We just loved the digital guide Jessica sent us - it even has a "deals around town" section which we got to use at the ice cream shop across the street. If you're debating properties in this area, it shouldn't be up for debate - this is your dream vacation spot.

Beautiful Oceanfront Townhome

The house is beautiful, extremely well equipped for indoor and outdoor activities including beach toys, chairs, towels etc. The pool is steps from the back door as is the ocean. The house is beautifully decorated and the owners couldn’t be any friendlier. We had a sweet welcome gift!! Beds are super comfortable and the TV’s are huge . Furniture is beachy and cute. Overall it is a great vacation rental and will not disappoint!!

Perfection!

We have rented many vacation homes and I have never been more comfortable than we were here! The view of the ocean, as well as being steps away from the pool and the beach made this stay so special. To top it off, you have everything you need for the beach including boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, towels, sand toys, and beach games. Also extremely pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with various pots and pans, a water filter pitcher, storage containers, even drink koozies. I can’t say enough good things about this place- definitely stay here!

Beach Vacation

My husband and I were just looking for a beautiful place on the beach to relax. This place did not disappoint! From the time we arrived and saw how beautiful the place is, the cleanliness of the place (it looked brand new) and the clean refreshing smell! It was more than we could ask for. Convenient to stores, restaurants and right on the beach! The host was amazing and we will definitely be back! We recommend to all that want a clean, private place by the pool/beach! Million Dollar View and Resort Amenities!!

We stayed three nights here with our family of five. The room layout was perfect with the master and bunk room with queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for meals at our home away from home. The three bathrooms allowed space for our boys and daughter to have private showering and dressing areas. The master bedroom was phenomenal with a comfy bed and breathtaking view to watch the sunrise. It was heavenly! The beach equipment was fully stocked with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and anything else you would want. We highly recommend this property!! Book it today!

VERY Comfortable Luxury Beach Stay!

Our stay had to be one of the most comfortable and luxurious trips we’ve taken to the beach. This place had anything and everything you could possibly think of. Extremely well stocked. You could literally just bring your swim suit! ;) This townhome was perfect for our children as there were all sorts of beach toys, boogie boards, pool toys, and even bikes for use. We enjoyed the proximity of the pool just outside our door and the short walk to the beach. The host was an excellent communicator and very gracious. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing!

Location location location! This home was everything I could’ve wanted for a weekend beach trip with our family. The host was amazing and always just a message away - we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a super sweet card. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you could need and then some. The garage was packed full of beach toys, pool toys, chairs for the beach, games to play - and so much more. The beds were insanely comfy, I felt as if I was sleeping in my bed at home. I could go on and on. Our family did not want to leave and will absolutely be booking another trip!

Of all the places we've been, we decided New Smyrna Beach offered us the best mix of gorgeous beaches, diverse cuisine, and affordable luxury - all close to home on the East Coast! What would it be like to stay with us? Comfortable, cozy, clean, modern, and safe.

We take pride in our listings and try to give our guests a unique experience and make them feel at home every time. We like the idea of making your stay as "independent" as possible; we try to make things hassle free and convenient. We hope to be able to serve you and be your host in New Smyrna Beach!

Our neighborhood is quite unique because we live in the no drive section of the beach which offers more peace and quiet than the other end of the beach.

We are also located directly across the street from a grocery store and some great restaurants. You need to try the Bakers Table, Izzys Island Ice Cream and Tacos (a little farther up the street) and C's Waffles.

Flagler Avenue and Canal Street are must visits too!
