Community fees and gate card fees are now included in initial booking. You must provide the following info and pay the community fees at least 3 days prior to arrival. Any changes must be made at least 3 days prior.
1. Number of vehicles, Driver Name, Year, Make, Model, License # and State.

Temporary Membership Fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and up. This covers usage of all the amenities, pools, (3), beach, lake, clubhouse, tennis courts, gym, game room, etc. CHILDREN UNDER 6 ARE FREE.

TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP: $6 per person per day - daily fee

VEHICLE GATE/ ACCESS CARD: $20 per vehicle - 1 time fee

ADMINISTRATION FEE: $35 per rental registration - 1 time fee

FOR EXAMPLE: if staying a weekend- Friday to Sunday (2 night rental on AirBnB) with 2 adults and 3 children (over 6 years old) with 2 vehicles- ($6 x 5 guests) x 2 nights= $60 TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE. 2 vehicles x $20/ each vehicle= $40 VEHICLE GATE/ ACCESS CARD FEE. 1 administration fee x $35 for 2 night rental= $35 ADMINISTRATION FEE.

Once you registration is confirmed you will be sent a Venmo link to complete the required community fees. These must be paid at least 3 days prior to arrival.
