New Bathrooms will have glass and tile showers, new vanities, toilets, and sinks! The bunk bedroom will have a brand new bunkbed. This house itself will have all new things for you to experience.
This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week. This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is permitted to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.
FYI - THE CLEANING FEE YOU PAY TO STAY IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS FOR SANITIZING AND BASIC CLEANING WHEN YOU DEPART, NOT FOR THROWING FOOD AND TRASH EVERYWHERE OR DEFECATING AND URINATING SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE TOILET.
Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool, water park including Lazy River, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These fees are separate from our fees and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes.
