Welcome to our North Conway getaway located in the heart of the Mt. Washington Valley! Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom caters perfectly for 1 or 2 families to spread out and make lifelong memories. We have some great space in the basement with plenty of toys for the kids and a wet bar for the adults. Located only 4 minutes from Echo Lake, 5 minutes downtown North Conway and 10 minutes to Cranmore mountain, our getaway is the perfect jumping off point to really enjoy the Mt. Washington Valley!

Our home is spacious and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, everyone can have their space to relax. There are 2 living rooms as well for the kids and adults!

You will have access to everything in the house and nothing is shared.

We live very close by if you need anything at all!
Our rules are pretty simple but strict.

- Guest making the reservation must be over 25.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. (We will check on this)
- No fireworks
- No animals
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the townhouse)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
