You will have access to the entire second floor and the attached private deck, in additional to the shared space out front of the home (gated turf area).
The property is located on a residential street with many single family and two flat homes. This is a very friendly and walkable neighborhood.

You can easily walk to many bars, restaurants, Wrigley Field, parks, and much more! However, if you were looking to explore a bit more of the city, we are conveniently located between two brown line stops (Diversey and Wellington) and a quick transfer to red line stops that brings you downtown in just a few more stops. There are also buses that run East/West down Diversey along with Divvy stations on the corner of Racine/Lincoln/Diversey where you can rent bikes. Of course there are often electric scooters parked around the neighborhood that are up for grab using that company's app.
