This modern farmhouse was built in 2022 on 50 private acres near Mark Twain Lake. It boast 1600 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan and an indoor / outdoor fireplace. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need.

Take a hike on the 3+ miles of private trails or visit the sandy beach at Mark Twain State Park only 15 minutes away. There is a boat ramp approximately 5 miles away and the India Creek Marina is a 20 minute drive. We have an RV hook up for extra guests and a pond with dock. The farm backs to a creek and core ground which provides thousands of public acres for your enjoyment.

Internet is not available at the property, but we do provide a wide selection of DVDs and board games. There is also a pack n’ play and high chair if needed for small children. A washer and dryer is available for your use. Please bring your own detergent.
