With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone. Our master bedroom is a haven of comfort with a king-sized bed that ensures a restful night's sleep. It also includes an ensuite bathroom for your convenience. It has two toilets, double shower with steam room. Wake up to panoramic views of the mountains right from your bed. Second, third and Casita bedrooms have queen beds while the Fifth bedroom has a queen sofa pull out. We also have 3+ Queen-Sized Air mattresses with automatic pumps located throughout the home for additional sleep spaces. You'll find plenty of storage space for your belongings and a peaceful ambiance.

Our well-maintained bathroom provides all the essentials you need for your stay. It's clean, bright, and stocked with fresh towels, a shower with good water pressure, and a bathtub if you prefer to unwind with a soothing bath. Second bathroom has large shower and toilet. Third and fourth bathroom have shower & toilet while the fifth bathroom has shower, large bathtub, and toilet. Necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. You'll find everything you need to refresh and rejuvenate after a day of desert exploration.

Our well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space. It's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. As hosts, we've noticed many guests are unable to use all the food they purchase for their stay, so in an effort to minimize waste, our home offers a unique solution to this! Feel free to explore the pantry and fridge partially-stocked with unopened and leftover items. Help yourself to any goodies you find appealing during your stay. If you have unopened items you won't be using, consider leaving them behind for the next guests to enjoy. To ensure cleanliness and hygiene, we ask all guests to dispose of any opened or used food items at checkout. This eco-friendly and community-driven approach not only reduces food waste but also adds a unique touch to your stay. Our private backyard is a slice of desert paradise. Bask in the Arizona sun on a comfortable sun lounger or cool off with a refreshing swim in the private pool. It's the ideal spot for savoring the desert's beauty and enjoying spectacular sunsets.

Elevate your stay with the option to heat our sparkling pool, available for an additional fee. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your reservation to account for the time and energy required.

Enjoy the pool area's tranquil ambiance; however, please be aware that it may not be separately fenced from the rest of the backyard. We kindly remind you that there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck.

Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, which is sent in advance via email.
Home is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
A $300.00 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.
Long-term stays are welcome!

Host is available via phone, text, or booking platform messaging. Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight. Text and booking platform is preferred and likely to give quicker response.

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
