Additionally, right at your stay, you'll have access to a plethora of shared amenities such as an indoor heated pool, tennis courts, a game room, and a fitness center.

Rustic comfort and modern convenience combine effortlessly inside Piper Ridge. Your favorite movies can be streamed on the living room's smart TV, best paired with cups of hot cocoa and popcorn bags. When you aren't dining out, the full kitchen presents a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops.

The equally comfortable bedrooms display high-quality linens and ample natural lighting. The perks don't end there, though! Also, inside, you will appreciate having access to a wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and internet.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests have to provide the name of the primary guest to the front desk of Piper Club so guests can use the clubhouse (small daily fee) and shuttle to the slopes.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
