About Us:
We are a local family who embarked on our hosting journey in 2017 by offering individual rooms within this very house. In late 2021, we made the exciting move out of this house shortly before welcoming our first child into the world. Our transformation from room hosts to property managers reflects our commitment to creating a welcoming and comfortable space for our guests.

Located in Fairway Meadows; a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. You will be a 5-minute walk to the Centennial Trail, a 15-minute bike ride to downtown, and a short 5-minute drive from restaurants, breweries, froyo, sushi, coffee shops, and more!

Exclusive Use of the House:
Your reservation grants you exclusive use of the entire house and outdoor areas, providing you with a private and comfortable retreat.
Garage Use:
While you'll have the house to yourself, please note that the garage is locked as it houses tools essential for maintaining our garden. Our garden requires regular attention, particularly during the summer months, and we'll typically be on the property after work (between 5:00-6:00 pm) We will be sure to inform you when we do plan on stopping by.
Upstairs:
Upstairs, guests will relish a contemporary kitchen adorned with modern amenities, including a GE Profile gas range equipped with a griddle and no-preheat air fry feature. There's also a spacious refrigerator with convenient ice and water dispensers, a dishwasher for easy clean-up, and a large stainless steel farmhouse-style sink. It features a drying rack, cutting board, and prep container accessories for culinary enthusiasts. Seating options abound, from the kitchen island to the bar-style dining table and a cozy living room area.
Upstairs Master Suite:
The upstairs master suite offers a serene view of the outdoor patio and features a small desk, creating an ideal laptop workspace. The master bath boasts a luxurious tile shower, a jetted tub for relaxation, and a generous walk-in closet for your convenience.
Downstairs:
On the lower level, you'll discover two comfortable bedrooms, a family room with a television, and a convenient breakfast bar for casual dining. There's also a well-appointed bathroom and a laundry room for added convenience during your stay.
Garden and Outdoor Space:
The property is home a (seasonal) backyard garden, yielding seasonal delights such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Guests are invited to explore the gardens and greenhouse, where they can pluck fresh, seasonal vegetables at their leisure. The backyard features a shaded stone patio with a welcoming fire pit, perfect for evenings under the stars. There's a gas barbecue for outdoor cooking, and additional seating options on the deck.
Pet-Friendly and Fenced Yard:
Animal lovers will be delighted to know that animals are welcome, and the yard is securely fenced for the safety and enjoyment of dogs. We kindly request that animals be kept out of the garden beds, as we are diligently working to make them dog-proof. Please note that, as there are neighboring dogs, you may hear some barking during your stay.
