This authentic log cabin is a scenic and peaceful retreat nestled at the foot of the Cascade Mountains. It’s breathtaking natural setting is part of the Skykomish River Watershed. A nearby healthy and thriving wetland is home to a variety of PNW wildlife including beavers and many kinds of birds. The small, nearby towns of Sultan, Startup, and Gold Bar offer a variety of local dining options and rental services for outdoor gear. Stevens Pass Ski Resort is 40 miles east along U.S. Route 2.

The home's furnished deck lets you make the most of pleasant weather, with highlights including a gas grill, a firepit, and an outdoor dining table. The covered front porch swing is a great place to sip morning coffee or watch the raindrops fall.

The full kitchen boasts a suite of updated stainless steel appliances while the cottage's kitchenette provides added convenience with features including a full-size fridge, countertop appliances, and a ceramic cooktop. A decorative fireplace and new furnishings provide elegant home comfort in the living room. There's also a grand piano for any musicians in the group. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the modern essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
