Featuring two separate, standalone homes, this property makes an ideal choice for a holiday shared with friends or extended family. It’s breathtaking natural setting is part of the Skykomish River Watershed. A nearby healthy and thriving wetland is home to a variety of PNW wildlife including beavers and many kinds of birds. The small, nearby towns of Sultan, Startup, and Gold Bar offer a variety of local dining options and rental services for outdoor gear. Stevens Pass Ski Resort is 40 miles east along U.S. Route 2.

The main home's furnished deck lets you make the most of pleasant weather, with highlights including a gas grill, a firepit, and an outdoor dining table. The covered front porch swing is a great place to sip morning coffee or watch the raindrops fall.

The main kitchen boasts a suite of updated stainless steel appliances while the cottage's kitchenette provides added convenience with features including a full-size fridge, countertop appliances, and a ceramic cooktop. Fireplaces and luxe, new furnishings provide toasty home comfort in each of the two living rooms. There's also a grand piano in the main house for any musicians in the group. Free WiFi and two washer/dryers round out the modern essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
