With 2 levels of living and sleeping space, it is a great option for families or to share with friends. You have quick, easy boating access with no bridges to open water and even your own boat ramp to drop in. There is plenty of parking for your toys on the empty lot next door as well...bring your boat, RV, and whatever else you would like!

The interior of the home is all brand new and the owner has thought of every detail! From the chef’s kitchen to each beautifully decorated room, you will feel so comfortable you’ll never want to leave. When you enter the home on the main level, there is a great living space with a big screen TV, full bathroom and a private bedroom with two double beds. Upstairs is the open concept kitchen and living room, two more bedrooms, and two more bathrooms. Everything is impeccable! 

Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around deck overlooking the canal or take a walk around Jolly Roger Estates, one of the most sought after communities in the Lower Keys. It's all about location and this home is super close to some of the best fishing and diving areas in the Keys. Shopping in Big Pine Key is also nearby with a shopping plaza hosting Winn-Dixie, Artists in Paradise, Beall’s Outlet, Radio Shack and a branch of the Monroe County Library.

You can take a trip down to Key West for the daily sunset celebration or a romantic sunset cruise in about a half hour's drive. PLEASE NOTE: This is a monthly rental. During season (Winter and Summer), we only rent full months at a time, ie. all of January, all of February, all of March. We do not split months, ie. Jan 15 - Feb 15.
