Christmas trip

Nice location and hot tub. Draft through the windows and doors was very cold. Heat set to 72 made the top floor too hot and the lower level an ice box. TV in the downstairs bedroom would not work and batteries left out of the remote. Coffee maker was a basket type with no basket filters nor did Publix carry them. Grandkids froze downstairs.

Excellent location for us- cabin was good

My adult daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was perfect for us. Very close to everything, but not right in town. The cabin was nice. I found the steps inside to be steep and the flooring uneven, but manageable. The theater room wasn’t cleaned well. The popcorn machine had not been cleaned and there was popcorn kernels on the floor throughout the room. We didn’t use the popcorn machine.We didn’t use the pool table. The hot tub was was very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay… loved the location.

Great location & amenities. Not clean & was short on beds.

The house itself was outfitted nicely and the location was quiet & close to attractions. Unfortunately the house wasn’t cleaned well and there was dust everywhere. Management offered to have a crew come but we had to decline due to family members having a dust allergy; we couldn’t risk stirring it up during our stay. I guess it wouldn’t have mattered since majority of us came home with sinus infections anyhow. The main issue we had was the number of beds. The listing changed at some point after I booked. I expressed concern to management that it no longer fit our needs and they told me to “prove it” that it showed different when I booked it - which I couldn’t. I’ve never run into this and didn’t know I would need to (Fun fact: I learned they can edit the description at any time & don’t have to notify you). No one could confirm what was actually on site. I got 2 different answers, neither of which was correct because both said there’d be a sleeper sofa. There wasn’t and it resulted in a guest sleeping on the floor for a week. I requested a 30% refund for false advertisement. The property manager again told me to prove it (after editing the description) but this time I had a screenshot. He’s also the one who directly told me there’d be a sleeper. He only issued 14% for the “lack of an amenity”. Providing beds as advertised is not an amenity - it’s the sole requirement. Management’s approach and handling of the situation was questionable - at best.

Wonderful!

The cabin itself was wonderful! The layout worked perfectly for my family (bedroom and bathroom on each level). While there were other cabins nearby, the location still felt very serene. Proximity to the parkway and attractions is excellent! Any questions I had were answered promptly! Great experience! Will definitely stay here again!
