The Space:
This studio has a private bathroom, living space, and kitchenette that contains a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, and hot plate. You will have access directly outside your suite to a common shared full kitchen, which has an oven, dishwasher, and larger fridge that is available for you to use. You will also have access to a shared washer/dryer.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the building, the unit you will be staying in, as well as your private suite.

-Steps from Lake Merritt -Walking distance from Downtown Oakland
-Easy access to all major freeways, AC Transit, ½ mile to BART

Getting Around:
We are a little over 1/2 a mile from the nearest bart station (19th street) and close to AC transit bus stops.

Currently, no parking is available on site. There is metered/hourly street parking, as well as free/paid parking a few blocks away, and several parking garages within .4 miles of the property.
