This home away from home is across the street from Brian Head Resort - Navajo and near fantastic attractions, including Giant Steps Ski Lodge and Lifts, Navajo Express Chair Lift, snow tubing, ski school, Cedar Breaks Monument, Brian Head Reservoir, Dixie National Forest, Cedar Ridge Golf Course, Frontier Homestead State Park Museum, and is centrally located between Zion and Bryce Canyon.

Upon entering, you will discover a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one area - perfect for large families! Curl up in front of the gas fireplace in the living room and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The fully-stocked kitchen is a chef's playground with elegant appliances and plenty of counter space to work on. The adjoining dining area opens up to a spacious balcony with splendid mountain and tree views - the ideal spot for relaxing and creating everlasting memories.

The second floor boasts a second living area with a gigantic smart TV and a desk, and all three bedrooms. The primary suite enjoys unique decor, a smart TV, and an en suite bath. All bedrooms are equally equipped with smart TVs. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, a snow boot holder, a ski rack, sleds, luggage racks in each room, and garage parking for one vehicle with additional guest parking that is first-come, first-served.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
