Combining the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience, the interior of the Birchwood Treehouse provides an excellent spot for your next family or friend getaway. Inside, spread out and get comfortable amongst the two inviting living rooms, one with a wood-burning fireplace, and the other with a large TV equipped with cable. When you aren't hanging out here, the home's game room features a variety of games such as pool, foosball, and board games.

When hunger arises, the full kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and many nifty gadgets. Adjacent to here, the spacious dining area allows for memorable family-style dinners. When you'd like to elevate your cooking, a grill is available on the deck.

With four bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that everyone will feel at home amongst the room's soft linens, ceiling fans, and ample storage space. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having access to a spa-like en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and tile-lined walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
